I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I have had a scalp wart for 2 years that comes and goes and drives me nuts. The practice nurse at my surgery has scraped it off and checked the histology but it rapidly returned so I wanted a proper job doing without spending a fortune. I was able to see Dr Chambers very quickly and he gave it a good blast or 3 of cryotherapy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Job has done. I can return for a further treatment free of charge if this doesn't work but I am hoping this will suffice. I am delighted with the service Cotswold Cosmetics provided and will certainly recommend them.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I had a fantastically positive experience with Triggs and James Aesthetics on 30/01/25. Having never had any kind of beauty or aesthetics treatment before, I was a little nervous—but I shouldn’t have been. CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, with some funky tunes in the background. All the staff at Triggs and James go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I went to Dr Kajan’s clinic to have a mole on my back removed. He emailed straightaway to ask me to send a photo, which I did. He rang me the next day to ask a few more questions and since I wanted to go ahead, we arranged a date. The clinic is within a GP surgery in Shenfield, very hygienic, very professional, and only a few minutes walk from Shenfield Station on the Elizabeth Line. I was given a local anaesthetic and the removal took a very short time. He said he would email me instructions for aftercare, which I received almost straight away. A very caring, compassionate and professional doctor.

We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. The staff are friendly and the doctor even sent me home since my transplant was finished late. I had 3300 grafts. It didn't cover most of the areas I wanted to be covered s they focused on my hairline but I hope with the medication, my existing hair will grow thicker.

Nails are fantastic and the girls are beyond accommodating! Danica is the best in the business with everything she does and I have recently started my Invisalign journey and have been made to feel so comfortable with the whole process! I was so nervous of the dentist before but have had no issues at all!
