This was my first IV drip NAD+, and I'm really thankful to have met Dr. Napat Nitayaphan. She's truly beautiful and gentle! She patiently explained and answered all my questions! The process was not uncomfortable at all, on the contrary, I slept soundly! I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I am absolutely satisfied with the result. Some volume was added to the lips and relaxer to the forehead, frown lines and crow's feet. I only wanted a light, natural correction, especially for the lips. Dr. Said and his team are super friendly and everything is explained very precisely and well. The patient is shown the sealed packs before the treatment and any leftover material is stored for the patient. This way you can make any necessary corrections at the follow-up appointment (5 days later in my case) or use them later. Everything is very professional and the clinic has modern equipment and is very clean. Great!

The doctor was on time. The clinic was extremely clean. She was very professional, thorough and caring. Highly recommend. Only thing I can suggest is some kind of numbing agent because of the pain during the procedure afterwards everything went great.
