I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Went today to have some cholesterol deposits taken out from under my eyes. Despite the pain which was explained and expected, the service was second to none. I was kept informed completely and throughout, my practitioner was warm and welcoming and an absolute professional. The clinic was well kitted out and inviting and clinically spotless.
