I booked in with Jules for fillers and plasma skin tightening, as she came highly recommended through a friend. On arrival, I felt very comfortable as every precaution was taken regarding Covid rules. I was a bit anxious regarding the treatment, but Jules put me at ease, she was very friendly and very professional, the treatment went well, and I was very happy with the results. Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely clinic, will definitely be booking more treatments.

I am having a course of IPL laser treatment for veins on my face. I have had two treatments and can see a marked improvement. I am having at least one more and will see the results but feel I may need probably two more after that. Then probably a couple of treatments a year to keep in check. Everyone says my skin looks much smoother. The Stratford Upon Avon Salon is efficient and friendly and I never have to wait for my pre-arranged appointment. I am extremely happy.

Dr Hugo and his wife were extremely understanding and professional in their work making me feel relaxed, explaining exactly what the procedure would entail and managed to reduce my huge anxieties. I had two small lumps removed from my leg. The procedure was very comfortable, the staff were very nice. Aftercare was good as well. I would go back there for ant treatment I needed. I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.
