Did one dental filling and made another appointment for one more and cleaning the next day. All - smashing success. The staff are professional and polite. My dentist Kristi was kind and caring, we ironed out everything needed. The price was considerably lower than in Italy where I currently reside (3 times, to be precise). Dental filling was second grade. Plus at the end you can get a receipt (kind of like a warranty card) that within the next year should any problem with the fillings arise, the teeth will be fixed for free.

I had avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years due to a bad experience I had with another dentist Edvina put me at ease and shown empathy and has been encouraging. I am still anxious but no longer fear going to the dentist which is all due to the care received from Edvina and the rest of the team. My last appointment was to have a tooth extraction of my wisdom tooth. Edvina talked me through the complications I could have with leaving the tooth in and having it out. I like that they give you a ring next day after an extraction to see if everything is ok and that you are not in pain. I always receive a reminder text about my next appointment. Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.
