They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
