I initially chose this dental clinic for treatment, including a molar extraction and a prepaid implant plan. Unfortunately, I developed a serious complication following the extraction, which required emergency surgery after returning to the UK. This complication also affected my ability to proceed with the implants I had planned.
The experience involved additional medical treatment and significant disruption, which was very challenging. Communication and follow-up were difficult at times, and the overall process was more complicated than I anticipated.
Based on my experience, I recommend that prospective patients carefully consider their treatment plan and ensure they are fully comfortable with the clinic’s procedures and communication processes.
