I have so much confidence in Dr Makhani and his team, I recently had some very difficult dentistry with a tooth extraction and the fitting of a bridge. I was extremely nervous but I couldn’t have been in better hands. Shahid Makhani had a very kind, gentle manner and was extremely professional. I can’t believe that I had no pain or discomfort and felt none of the injections or extraction. Dr Makhani made a wonderful bridge for me which is totally natural looking and comfortable. Was visiting family in East London and required treatment. Was seen by Dr Ashu, who made me feel very at ease, as did the nurse and trainee, completing a filling and clean. Excellent and pain-free. Laura, the receptionist, was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I did meet several other staff, who were all very welcoming. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet the practise owner, Karim, an extremely nice man. I would thoroughly recommend.
My daughter was extremely nervous about getting wisdom teeth removed. Right from the enquiry at reception, the staff were friendly and reassuring. Very helpful dentist Sophie had identified numerous problems before I even opened my mouth and gave me some great tips on how to reduce future problems. Felt like old school dentists that used to know you from childhood and were great. The reception staff both really helpful and friendly and in particular Vikki who is particularly helpful and friendly.
