I’ve got immediate help to avoid being in a dangerous health condition on Saturday afternoon - basically after the opening time. Not only having sorted out my painful problem but fixing my from tooth too, which gave me back my confidence, also the freedom to be able to bite properly, to speak clearly again and to smile happily without mask too! Came across this dental practice after being recommended by a friend after moving to the area. Being a nervous patient this is the practice to go to. Staff are friendly and also make you feel welcome. The dentist took his time and explained my treatment to me so I knew what to expect when I returned. All I can say is thank you for making me feel at ease even though I'm so nervous. Thanks again guys and I can actually say looking forward to my next check up in six months' time.

My family have been with Hartley dental practice for as long as I can remember and have always been very impressed with all the practice members but today they went over and above. My husband and I both wanted urgent appointments for our teeth and as we live 40 minutes away wanted to be seen at the same time, When I first rang this was not possible so we made to separate times. Then I had a phone call to say that they had a cancellation and that they could fit us both in on the same day 40 minutes apart which we were over the moon about. Our treatments were fantastic as usual and we both would just like to say thank you very very much.

My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

Unfortunately due to poor treatment in another practice, I needed to have a molar extracted. This Edinburgh practice was available during the lockdown crisis. Their attention to protecting client and staff is faultless and their facilities are welcoming and relaxing. The procedure was carried out quickly and safely. I would happily recommend them, and have already done so - to my wife!
