Hello from Germany. My name is Elena Häuser. I would like to share my impressions, feelings, experiences, and the results of my treatment at the Prime Clinic with you. I spent a long time researching clinics in Istanbul, reading reviews, and communicating with consultants from diff.clinics. In January 2025, I even flew to Istanbul for two days to personally visit six clinics and have face-to-face consultations. Why did I choose Prime Clinic? First, because of individual approach to patients. Second, because they use the latest technologies and modern materials (implants, crowns, etc.). And third, because they offer affordable prices. Moreover, I was deeply impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, the willingness to help patients, and their dedication to solving all my problems. I would especially like to thank Dr.Gökhan Bayındır. I am so happy that he was my doctor! He is truly gifted, and I trusted him completely. He understood exactly what I wanted and made it a reality. I also would like to express my gratitude for my medical consultant, Ela. High-caliber medical consultants like Ela, who are not only highly professional but also empathetic and reliable, can make a huge difference in a patient's experience. Their expertise and guidance help patients feel confident in their choices, ensuring a smooth and successful treatment journey. Communicating with her was a pleasure! I returned to Germany last week on March 9th after receiving treatment at the clinic. I am absolutely excited. I have a beautiful Hollywood smile! Now, I want to smile all the time, and I feel so full of life! I highly recommend Prime Clinic in Istanbul!

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm leaving this one as I found Dr Cem after reading these reviews. The review in question said "Stop looking any further, you've found your man" and I would like to second this opinion. Here is my story. I needed a tooth removal and an implant placed to support a crown consisting of 2 teeth. I went to my UK implant dentist (who had placed 2 previous implants) and the quote was £4300, using porcelain crowns. I would have to wait 3 months for the 1st appointment and the whole procedure would take approx 10 months (3 months waiting for 1st appointment of tooth removal, 3 months to let the jaw bone heal and then place the implant, 4 months to let the implant bond to the jaw bone) so I decided to look abroad for a cheaper, faster service and I found Dr Cem. I sent him a WhatsApp message with photos explaining what needed doing and received great communication, answering all my questions. I explained to him that I didn't want bright white 'Turkey teeth' but natural-looking crowns and he reassured me. I asked how quickly he could fit me in and he could see me the following week. There would be no charge for the tooth removal (£350 in my UK quote) and he would be able to place the implant immediately after removing the tooth. I initially asked for a price for a Straumann implant (Rolls Royce of implants, so I thought) but after doing some homework, I settled for a Megagen implant (Skoda of implants, very good and successful but cheaper, 700 euros including bone graft ) and approximately 2 weeks after first contacting Dr Cem found myself in Istanbul with my daughter to have the implant fitted. Like many other reviews here I had very little pain, probably 0.5 on a scale of 0-10, and went for a meal with my daughter that evening. I came home, kept my mouth scrupulously clean and it healed very quickly, although I should add that the dissolvable stitches didn't fully dissolve so I had to ask my UK dentist to remove them. This was a little bit embarrassing but she did do it and didn't charge for it, probably because it took her less than 5 minutes! Dentists are advertising online who provide this service if your dentist refuses to do it for you. Last week, 3.5 months after having the implant placed, I returned to Istanbul with my wife for a week's dental holiday. On Monday we visited Dr Cem for the impressions and he suggested that rather than just having the 2 crowns, why didn't I also replace the other 4 front crowns because what was the point in having 2 amazing teeth alongside 4, 20-year-old goofy, poorly fitted porcelain crowns and I decided that he was right and at £340 each for zirconium crowns, which are between £600-£800 each in the UK, why not? On Wednesday we had a quick check of the 6 crowns to check they fitted OK etc and finally on Friday he fitted my new teeth and I am delighted with them. They look very natural, fit up to the gums, aren't goofy, like my old ones, aren't metallic like my old porcelain crowns and being zirconium, are practically indestructible. If you do have the option, I would recommend getting the work done over winter as flights and hotels are much cheaper and Istanbul is quieter (albeit, still heaving in the tourist areas!!). In summary, Dr Cem is a fantastic, highly qualified, highly experienced implantologist and you don't need to look any further.

I visited Dis 212 from the U.K. I needed a crown and a replacement for a filling. The service at the clinic was really good and the process of the treatment was quick and easy. Gunay was very helpful every step of the way, in case I had any questions or concerns. The treatment was very affordable, and the quality exceptional. I’m happy with the results both look natural and blend with my teeth well. I will definitely return to Dis 212 if I will ever need further dental work in the future. Before I even arrived enes the consultant manager was always in contact I always felt like I was asking silly questions but he made me feel no question was silly and was always quick to respond to me , when I arrived in Antalya my transport team were the nicest kindest people I have met! They looked after me and tatiana treated me like I was her daughter I felt extremely safe, hotel I was in was amazing the staff where amazing! Overall staffing from everyone was so amazing that I plan to come back for a holiday! I arrived at the dentist and I was well taken care of , I realised I had to get injections in my mouth so I was a little scared but once they were done I felt not a thing I needed quiete a bit of work done on my mouth so I was extremely worried about pain … I have had zero pain from start to finish now that I’m home 2 weeks still no pain, I have my temporary teeth on just now and I would of been quiete happy if these were my real set! Everyone at the hotel who was also there for teeth said they wish they came to my dentist as my temps are straight and a lovely shade of white I was a nervous wreck about this procedure as it was one of the biggest decisions in my life … and I’m so happy I done it!!! The whole experience I was treated like a friend/family and it was so comforting as I was there alone I could not recommend this company highly enough they have changed my life! Enes is so friendly and since being home he has still kept in contact and my transfer lady! I’m a very happy girl

I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). I want to thank you all for this great experience and my new smile!

I am extremely satisfied with the YEG Clinic team, especially Dr Soner and Ilayda, and the entire medical staff. With their professionalism, they organised everything perfectly for me. I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. He was really good at explaining the whole process when I first time contacted him on WhatsApp. The first time when I went for the first appointment I really liked how intelligent he is, was really good at explaining and listened to me carefully about how I want my nose to look like. I liked the assistant Gulsum so much she was such a great girl and helped us so much. I want to thank Dr Tolga and Gulsum so much for everything. I am really happy with the result and love my nose.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my implant treatment at Yeditepe University Dental Hospital. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptional. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. If you're looking for a premium service that's guaranteed even after treatment, Dentaray is where you should go.
