I loved the care! It was altogether very professional, efficient and very thorough. Although the procedures were fast, they were done very carefully and professionally. I must praise Dr Gülsah Dülger, who is professional, knows what she's doing and is nice and gentle. I was a little worried, but the result is very worth it! I would give 5 stars had I been asked to write the review. I come from the Czech Republic, and we are not used to doing what we are told... Overall, good experience, perfect medical work, quality and hospitality tops!

I had a great experience with Clinic Prime Istanbul from start to finish. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very professional, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. I especially want to thank Irina from customer support, who was absolutely amazing. After providing the quote, she was never pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Instead, she was always available to answer my questions, explain details clearly, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Her professionalism, patience, and responsiveness made the whole experience much less stressful and helped build a lot of trust. A special mention also goes to Dr. Ersin, who consistently explained every step of the process in detail and made sure I fully understood what to expect. His genuine care, attention, and calm approach really stood out and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my treatment. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in delivering the best possible results. Overall, I highly recommend Clinic Prime Istanbul to anyone considering treatment in Istanbul. Excellent customer service, caring staff, and a highly professional experience all around.

I first visited Istanbul Diş Akademisi Clinic in April, where they expertly checked me over & gave me their thoughts on what dental work I should have. It was very similar to what we had agreed & discussed previously on WhatsApp. I came back and had my dental work completed over the last few days. All I can mention is that they are extremely professional from start to finish. Umut, the manager, keeps you very well informed along the way! The doctors/dentists & staff are just brilliant & caring. It’s a very modern, clean clinic with state-of-the-art machinery. You will be surprised not only by what they achieve but the cost of any dental work performed. If going to Turkey is on your agenda for dental treatment, don’t go any further than Istanbul Dis Akademisi! All I can mention is thank you, Umut & Staff!

Before I even arrived enes the consultant manager was always in contact I always felt like I was asking silly questions but he made me feel no question was silly and was always quick to respond to me , when I arrived in Antalya my transport team were the nicest kindest people I have met! They looked after me and tatiana treated me like I was her daughter I felt extremely safe, hotel I was in was amazing the staff where amazing! Overall staffing from everyone was so amazing that I plan to come back for a holiday! I arrived at the dentist and I was well taken care of , I realised I had to get injections in my mouth so I was a little scared but once they were done I felt not a thing I needed quiete a bit of work done on my mouth so I was extremely worried about pain … I have had zero pain from start to finish now that I’m home 2 weeks still no pain, I have my temporary teeth on just now and I would of been quiete happy if these were my real set! Everyone at the hotel who was also there for teeth said they wish they came to my dentist as my temps are straight and a lovely shade of white I was a nervous wreck about this procedure as it was one of the biggest decisions in my life … and I’m so happy I done it!!! The whole experience I was treated like a friend/family and it was so comforting as I was there alone I could not recommend this company highly enough they have changed my life! Enes is so friendly and since being home he has still kept in contact and my transfer lady! I’m a very happy girl

I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. Violet was absolutely perfect—she was so attentive and personally involved in every step, ensuring that both of us were well taken care of throughout the process. She even attended the surgery to ensure there were no communication issues during the operation. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Both my daughter and I are thrilled with the results. The professionalism, care, and attention we received at Risus Clinic were exceptional, and the outcomes have exceeded our expectations. Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
