I recently travelled from the United States to Novus Klinik in Istanbul for full-mouth implant treatment with Dr Mustafa. I am still in the first stage of treatment, so I cannot speak to the final results yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far. From the moment I arrived, the staff were organised, professional, and easy to communicate with. Airport transfers and scheduling went smoothly, and the clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-run. Dr Mustafa reviewed my scans carefully and explained that, because of bone loss, my treatment plan would require additional implants beyond the original plan. The decision was made based on my individual needs rather than following a standard approach. The procedure itself took approximately three hours, including extractions and implant placement. I was impressed by how efficiently the team worked, and my discomfort afterwards has been much less than I expected.

I thank all the staff for their attentive care and the qualified assistance I received at the clinic. Thank you for allowing patients to seek highly qualified doctors and feel at home. This is the first time I've encountered such understanding, attentiveness, and care, which, combined with high professionalism and precision, produce amazing results. I am very grateful to them for the excellent, high-quality treatment, their patience, and their exceptional dental expertise. I would like to express my deepest respect, gratitude, and admiration for the work and care I received from my assistants, Irina and Mine. Their excellent knowledge of English and my mother's language, coupled with their warmth and attentiveness, made me feel like I was in the care of two daughters at the clinic. I would also like to highlight the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms, which far exceeds our North American standards. This, of course, is thanks to Lady Nahide Hanim, who also never left me unattended, constantly offering me fresh coffee or tea. I am incredibly grateful to her. Oh my good god!!! This clinic is beyond words, beyond the future, beyond the expectations. Thank you ever so much for everybody in the clinic whom served me for my unfortunate case in States. Over the past two years I’ve had all my teeth treated and had several implants at one of their clinics. The clinic was hygienic and the staff and surgeons were professional and very friendly. They offer hotels and transfers which is very helpful. I would gladly use the clinic again in the future if I ever need further treatment.
