Overdentures Istanbul

At Esnan Dental Clinics, a temporary removable partial denture—also known as a dental flipper or Roche prosthesis—is used to temporarily replace one or more missing teeth. This lightweight, removable prosthesis may be recommended: • During the healing period after tooth extraction• While dental implants are integrating with the bone • Before the final crown, bridge, or implant-supported restoration is completed • For patients who need a temporary aesthetic solution for missing teeth • When immediate fixed teeth are not clinically appropriate Each prosthesis is individually designed according to the location of the missing teeth, gum contours, bite, neighbouring teeth, and aesthetic requirements. The Esnan Digital workflow may include an intraoral scan or conventional impression, digital design, tooth-shade selection, and production through our in-house dental laboratory. The prosthesis is adjusted to provide a comfortable fit while helping protect healing tissues and avoiding unnecessary pressure on recently placed implants or surgical areas. A temporary removable partial denture can help maintain the appearance of the smile and provide limited functional support during the transition to the final restoration. It is not permanently fixed and can be removed by the patient for cleaning. Patients receive instructions regarding insertion, removal, daily hygiene, eating, and protecting the surgical area. Hard or sticky foods should be avoided, and the prosthesis should not be adjusted by the patient. The number of teeth replaced, treatment duration, design, and final cost depend on the patient’s clinical condition and definitive treatment plan.
