My consultant, Onur, was absolutely always available, answering all my questions patiently and guiding me through every step of the process. Not even sure how I found this clinic but What Clinic was probably how! They got back to me 1st out of 3 that I think my enquiry was sent to and were so fast with communication! Gunay was excellent she answered every question within minutes and the price was final no changes despite me needing root canal and root removal due to a broken crown that I turned up with! The hotel is fantastic ( sooo much cheaper via the clinic who arrange it) and yards away from the clinic. She even arranged free transport there and back to the airport. Excellent communication from the driver as well. So easy to arrange I just had to book a flight and show proof of this and the appt was arranged ( for 1st day) I had 20 zirconia crowns ( had to send pics 1st via WhatsApp to see my teeth) Costing £150 each compared to at least 800 in the UK, the quality of treatment/service/dentist/ skills/clinic etc is so much higher than in the UK so the low cost does not mean that you get less quality care or treatment. It's the opposite. The dentist was amazing and such a perfectionist. Nalan was his name? You just have to lie back and trust the process as it is hard going due to the time needed during the 5 days and the amount of injections top and bottom but this has to be done and it is absolutely worth it

I found Ihlamur Dent on What clinic and decided to take a chance after reading all the great reviews. I was looking to get 3 dental implants. Dr. Karabey called me directly to get more information and to talk me through the process. He was clear and knowledgeable and I felt very reassured. I'm now 5 days post-procedure and I have had minimal pain and have needed no downtime at all. I'm due to return in 3-4 months to get my permanent crowns (all being well 🤞🏾); but I just want to commend Dr. Karabey on his bedside manner. I generally have a fear of the dentist, but I felt so at ease throughout the appointment. I was so at ease that I nearly fell asleep in the chair! The dental nurses had a limited grasp on English, but they were so welcoming and lovely. The clinic is clean, modern and bright. I highly recommend this clinic ❤️ Quick tip for international patients (I'm from the UK). Bring cash or if possible, complete a bank transfer a few days prior. The conversion charges for card payments are steep!! 😄

I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). I had a lens replacement surgery. It was a great and pleasant experience, and all the health consultants who assisted and supported me from start to finish were amazing. I will particularly mention Hassan, he was excellent as my consultant and interpreter and deserved a 5-star. My Doctor and surgeon, Dr Derda Ozer, was a brilliant and professional doctor and made me very comfortable before and after the surgery. He provided me all the information required and test pre- and post-surgery. The Trifocal and EMV lens replacement surgery IOL itself went very well without any problems at all. The Doctor was amazing with a lot of experience, and I was happy with the process and surgery itself. It was a great value for the amount I paid, and I chose the MDO health clinic because of their great reviews and track record of success from previous patients and My consultant, Hassan, was amazing in providing all the information I needed before making my decision to go with the clinic. My Clinic was the BHT clinic, which was a huge clinic and very clean and had all the state-of-the-art equipment and experts and specialists, and my Doctor Derda, was one of their best. Therefore, I will recommend him. I am now recovering, and my brain is still getting used to my new lenses since it's only just 2 weeks since the surgery.
