I came to Dr. Cinik's clinic for teeth cleaning and laser teeth whitening 6 months ago. I am happy to share my experience: everything is very well organized!!!! First of all I recommend booking the transfer, as you will be picked up from the airport and taken directly to your hotel (if on the list), as well as the transport between the hotel and the clinic. The team is very professional and very qualified. The managers too! They plan everything down to the smallest details! I had all my problems solved and it took only a few days! The transfers came quickly and I knew the schedule in advance, so I could plan my day. Dr. Cinik's team was very attentive and caring. Mr Nour was also in contact with me during my flight. When I arrived to Istanbul, the driver was waiting for me in the airport, then another driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic. The hotel was near the clinic. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the clinic is super clean and equipped with the newest technology. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Furkan! I was unhappy with two prominent teeth that I had crowned 10+ years ago. I wasn’t interested in a full smile makeover, and really just wanted to improve my gum line and replace the crowns I had. Dr. Furkan used some pretty advanced technology that allowed him to photograph, measure precisely, take molds (no more trays with messy, sticky goop) and produce a new smile in very little time. I was able to “try on” this new smile that looked very proportional and natural. Ultimately, he didn’t pressure me to do anything more than what I was comfortable with - but wow - was it cool to see how my smile makeover could look! I was impressed with Dr. Furkan’s precision and attention to detail. He made sure everything was aesthetic and functional. He also had a smooth hand while doing some pretty intense work; I didn't feel any pain during my procedures. We really took our time getting to the end result and I am so, very pleased! I recently visited Dr. Yesim Makzume for some cosmetic treatments. I must say, I was impressed. First of all, the clinic is modern and welcoming; thr staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole process was really comfortable. As for the treatments themselves, I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Yesim Makzume is incredibly skilled and takes the time to fully explain each procedure. She is very meticulous and her hand light as feather; the injections were virtually painless, and none left bruises or marks of any kind. I could already see a difference within a few days. I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.
