After agreeing with costs and placing a deposit the representative took over everything except the flight but even forwarded information on that. No hidden charges or cheating, during treatment extra work was offered after justification from evidence shown on X-rays. Hotel next door to clinic, easy access onto sights between treatment. Translators are always on hand and staff considerate. Overall, it is very professional all around.
I am extremely satisfied with the YEG Clinic team, especially Dr Soner and Ilayda, and the entire medical staff. With their professionalism, they organised everything perfectly for me. I recently visited Dr. Yesim Makzume for some cosmetic treatments. I must say, I was impressed. First of all, the clinic is modern and welcoming; thr staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Yesim Makzume is incredibly skilled and takes the time to fully explain each procedure. She is very meticulous and her hand light as feather; the injections were virtually painless, and none left bruises or marks of any kind. I could already see a difference within a few days. I am so happy with my dental treatment at Uzmanlar by having a short trip to Istanbul from Ireland. I was recommended 2 crowns to be done for around 2000 euros. But for less than half the price I got my crowns here. At the same time, Uzmanlar team gave me a full package, which included hotel stay, airport pick up, and drop-off service.
