The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. I arrived in Istanbul with very few of my back teeth remaining intact after many years of drilling and filling by the UK NHS. Pelin organised everything for me from airport transfers to hotel accomodation and nothing was too much trouble for her, after my second visit I am now back home with 2 implants and 7 crowns for a fraction of the price it would have cost me in the UK, (and being a Yorkshire pensioner price was paramount ) I have been home only a couple of days and already I am able to enjoy my food again. After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job. Brilliant experience from the dentist and staff. I'd researched for about a year and read all the reviews, I picked this one because of the professionalism of Dr Omer and his staff, and nothing was too much trouble. I'd sent them a lot of photos of my teeth, I had two missing from the front, and had a pallet which I hated and lots of fillings. Dr Omer and his team came back to me with the plan, and told me exactly what he was going to do and would not add any additional cost to the plan. So I went ahead with the plan would pay in two halves. I flew out to Istanbul in October 2024. Kenan, who did all the organising through WhatsApp, was great. He sorted the taxis out and the hotel. On the first visit, the dentist did two extractions, five implants and a root canal on another day. No pain but a bit of swelling around my face, which was taken care of with the medication, which was also included in the price. I was there for five days in Istanbul. In February 2025, I went back after my gums had healed up for ten days. The dentist did four root canal treatments and fillings, 28 zirconia crowns and a night guard. The total cost was for two extractions Five implants Five root canals 28 zirconia crowns One night guard £6,800. Thank you, Dr Omer and your team for an excellent job, and would recommend this clinic to everyone. They look fantastic, even my local dentist back in the UK thinks so.
