Bone Grafting Istanbul

From the moment I arrived at Novusklinik, the staff was warm and welcoming, with smiles constantly and treated me like Royalty! They make you feel very comfortable with the confidence they exude… The attention to detail is second to none… They are truly experts in their field!! Novusklinik was one of the best decisions I made in life. They literally brought me back to life and changed my confidence with my smile again.

My wife and I finished 1st course of our treatment at Clinic Prime Istanbul in March 2023. We have had a remarkable experience at The Clinic Prime Istanbul Turkey, and I am beyond thrilled to share our thoughts relevant to 1st part of our treatment. As we still need to have the 2nd part of our treatment at this Clinic to its completion, I will write my final detailed review then. From start to finish, our time at this clinic was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the level of professionalism exhibited by the dentists at The Clinic Prime, Istanbul was truly outstanding. Dr Sabit D (our implantologist) and Dr Haktan I (who looked after the rest of the care) were both not only highly qualified but also incredibly skilled and patient. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, was not only helpful and friendly but also genuinely caring. We were particularly impressed with the clinic coordinator, Ali, whose excellent command of English made communication effortless. Ali was incredibly helpful and prompt in his replies to my messages, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly. His professionalism and dedication to patient care truly stood out, making our experience even more memorable. We plan to return to Clinic Prime Istanbul in a few months to have the second part of our treatment with abutments, crowns, polishing, final fillings and repairs etc. to complete the treatment. I will then write my final detailed and full review of the Complete Treatment. In summary, the combination of skilled professionals, a state-of-the-art facility, and a compassionate, friendly staff make The Clinic Prime Istanbul a true gem in Istanbul, Turkey. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Sabit D, Dr Haktan I, Ali and the entire team for their exceptional care. PS: During our 1st part of treatment, I had 4 implants, extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and my wife had 5 implants with extractions etc. Regarding adding pictures, we will be able to do that ONLY after our dental treatment is complete.

I started my dental journey about a year ago. 2 months of research and quotes. Istanbul Diş Akademisi were not the cheapest but was competitive. I considered previous customer satisfaction, the facilities at the dental practice, the qualifications and experience of the staff and the professionalism of the responses I received. I think I made A GOOD CHOICE. Having provided an X-ray for my quote, I went for the first stage of my treatment in early January 2026. First step: X-ray and inspection. Unfortunately for me, 5 of my teeth that I said were ok were not in good enough condition to save, and my dentist at home had left roots in the jaw from 2 previous extractions. Obviously more work for the dentist.... more cost for me? To my surprise, they offered to honour my quote and use a cheaper brand of implants. I asked them to quote for the Swiss implants, and with a bit of generosity on their part, it was only a few hundred euros more, which I opted for. Stage 1 - sinus lift, 7 extractions, removal of roots in my bottom jaw and a bone graft. All done by the dental surgeon. Conducted under operating theatre conditions, the process took around 3 hours; antibiotics and pain relief were provided. For the extent of the procedure and all things considered, it was OK. An hour break and then temporary teeth fitted, which were already a vast improvement on my previous teeth. Stage 2 - July 2026, compared to the first visit, this was the easier bit. Still many hours spent at the dentist, not exactly a holiday, but again the professionalism and attention to detail were phenomenal. So happy with the end result, so many compliments. 1 month in and everything is settling down. Functionality was my priority, and I feel I can eat anything I want again. I just can't stop smiling instead of the closed-lip smile I had before. Now, I think my teeth look better than the dentist's 😃

The surgeons were great, and the clinic staff and English translator were friendly and very helpful. After my X-rays and consultation with the surgeons, the treatment advisor explained the treatment plan. However, he kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I asked questions, which made the consultation frustrating. The communication from the advisors could also be improved. Simple requests such as an updated treatment plan and a clear invoice should be dealt with more easily instead of being passed to someone else or being told, “I will send it tomorrow.” Overall the treatment and clinic staff were great. The main area that could be improved is the communication and customer service from the advisors.

Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
