Very well organized from the first moment we arrived at the airport. The hotel is very cosy with personnel speaking always English and a wonderful gym for my partner. The day in the clinic also was very well organized with all the people being very professional: translator (Satu), receptionist, and dentist. The doctor was kind and reassuring, always explaining what was going to happen. Also, the post-surgery (dental implant) was excellent, without any issues and things going exactly like the doctor was telling me. A special mention to Edineia, who followed me and my case from the beginning with professionalism, empathy and being always available to answer to all my questions.
