People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. I had a few procedures including a dental implant, filling and root canal treatment. Clinic Prime was exceptionally good from start to finish. They helped me from the get-go, did a detailed x-ray; followed up with a detailed analysis and plan. The procedure itself was painless (to the extent possible). No issues with language, the staff are professional and very welcoming. Special shout out to Pelin from the customer success team who helped me throughout. I've a follow-up to place my implant. Will share more feedback soon. Overall, I'd highly recommend Prime Clinic.

I had an issue with my gum and old crowns, I have been prescribed antibiotics for almost a year in the UK which didn’t help!! Dr Baysal was able to identify the problem from the moment I showed him the photos. I traveled from the UK to Istanbul to get the dental treatment. Dr Baysal has his special technique using shoulder preparation which fixed a long term problem I suffered with. The result was amazing and very natural, in less than one week my gum issue was cured!! He even made temporary crowns which looked great even with the colour match!! I was impressed watching Dr Baysal carving the temporary crowns while speaking to me and I was thinking what a real artist!! It’s not easy to find a good dentist, I give myself credit for doing the right research to find a brilliant, honest dentist. When I say honest I mean it, he advised against doing unnecessary dental treatment( which means I would have to pay more if I didn’t follow Dr Baysal advice ) and was fully focused on what treatment really needed. In addition to that, the clinic was easy to find and sparkle clean, appointments were on time, communication was great, a dedicated team, everything was perfect! I highly recommend Dr.Baysal

The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

I always believed that beautiful teeth were prohibitively expensive and honestly didn't dare dream about having them. Looking back, I wish I had access to this information 10 years ago - I would have taken action much sooner. The text will be long because many people want to hear all the details 🙂 so I'll start with the facts to not torture those who don't like many letters 🙂 FACTS: My husband Vitalis and I travelled to Turkey to fix our teeth. WHAT WAS DONE? Indre: · removed two unfixable/broken teeth (more precisely, their remains) · inserted 4 implants · fixed 10 root canals · put on 25 zirconium crowns (the plan was 24, but at the last moment I wanted one more) Vitalis: · removed 8 teeth · sinus filling/sinus lifting · inserted 10 implants · After the first visit, Vitalis got temporary dentures to "go out in public" since he was toothless. · During the second visit, he received porcelain dentures, which are recommended for patients without natural teeth. These consist of a steel framework with porcelain teeth mounted on top. PRICE: INDRE COST 5250 DOLLARS VITALIS - 8000 DOLLARS. Payment was made in 3 parts: · Down payment: 1500USD before booking plane tickets in November · During the first visit, 6500 USD in January · During the second visit (after 4 months), 5250 USD in May Included in the price (meaning we didn't pay extra for these): · Plane tickets Houston-Istanbul-Houston for 2 people, 2 times (first in January, second in May), · Hotel (first time 7 days, second time 10 days), · Transport/Escort (from/to hotel, from/to clinic), · Interpreter · City sightseeing, little gifts 🙂, facial cleaning. Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
