My implant treatment had some complications, and I was a little scared after the second surgery, but the support of all the personnel in the clinic, gave me all the explanation I needed about the intervention and their performance was really fantastic. My wife is very happy as well, with the results of her new teeth. All workers in the clinic are very nice, Dr. Thuba, the translation from Adeline, and with a very special mention to Mr. Abdurahman Hassan, who helped us every moment during the trip and treatment, and coordinated efficiently all for us. I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Both my daughter and I are thrilled with the results. The professionalism, care, and attention we received at Risus Clinic were exceptional, and the outcomes have exceeded our expectations. I’m not one to leave feedback on companies to be honest but felt like I had to leave one for Dis Levent International because of their attention to detail and professionalism. From the moment I started to think about getting my teeth done I was petrified as it’s the most important thing when you smile and you hear horror stories about Turkey. But from the moment I started talking to Maya the English Speaking lady who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you from being collected at the airport, having the full Hollywood Smile of 26 Zircronium Crowns top and bottom and the hotel back to the airport they really really look after you. They really take the time to discuss your procedure and they care, they really care about you which is lovely. My doctor was Dentist Dr Ruchan who is a magician and his attention to detail is amazing, even working to 10:40 pm one night to get what he wanted to be done. He even asked that I go back at 8 pm just because he wasn’t happy with the gap and bite which I couldn’t notice but he did and so he wanted it perfect. The whole thing was so amazing and I never had anything to worry about. Even having some injections in my mouth, he told me his patients don’t feel the injections as he numbs them first and he was right, I had about 6 injections and didn’t feel a thing. I even said to him he was super gentle - if you are looking to get any dental work done at all then I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could upload the photos of before or after (guess you’ll see them on their website anyway) because I am soooo pleased with the outcome, my smile is 100% perfect and I can’t thank Maya, Dr Ruchan and the team for such an amazing effort. Really, this is the go-to dentist for sure. This company and Dr Ruchan is like a God to me, changing people's teeth and making them feel like 10 million dollar, he’s so so talented - god Bless you all and thank you.
