Look at reviews online for teeth in Turkey, and NovusKlinik was the highest rated - and for good reason. I come from England, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I was treated to my own accommodation at a lovely hotel, transfers to and from the Clinic daily and outstanding teeth done by Gülşah. All in all, teeth look natural, clean and white. I had an issue with my gum and old crowns, I have been prescribed antibiotics for almost a year in the UK which didn’t help!! Dr Baysal was able to identify the problem from the moment I showed him the photos. I traveled from the UK to Istanbul to get the dental treatment. Dr Baysal has his special technique using shoulder preparation which fixed a long term problem I suffered with. The result was amazing and very natural, in less than one week my gum issue was cured!! He even made temporary crowns which looked great even with the colour match!! I was impressed watching Dr Baysal carving the temporary crowns while speaking to me and I was thinking what a real artist!! It’s not easy to find a good dentist, I give myself credit for doing the right research to find a brilliant, honest dentist. When I say honest I mean it, he advised against doing unnecessary dental treatment( which means I would have to pay more if I didn’t follow Dr Baysal advice ) and was fully focused on what treatment really needed. In addition to that, the clinic was easy to find and sparkle clean, appointments were on time, communication was great, a dedicated team, everything was perfect! I highly recommend Dr.Baysal

I wanted to do all on 4 in the upper and lower jaw because I had very bad teeth. Did a lot of research about many clinics in different counties but I came back to Dr. Volkan because of the overall and recent reviews I read about his clinic. Dr. Volkan was very helpful, easy to communicate with, speaks very good English, he keeps himself updated with education for the latest techniques, takes his time to answer via WhatsApp and e-mail and explains everything very well! The clinic is not too big, very clean and neat, working staff are friendly and nice. Dr. Volkan and his staff are very educated and professional in his/their work! I spoke to him many times before I made the final decision to go to his clinic since there are so many clinics in Turkey and Istanbul that it is hard for someone to decide where to go. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning so not hard for me to make a final decision! I had/wanted to get my upper and lower jaw teeth extracted for what I wanted, all on 4 in both jaws. I chose the Astra dental implants because they are a well-known European A brand implants so good quality, also received the original Astra certificates/numbers. I don't like my own teeth on the lower jaw because they are discoloured and ugly which would not match of course with my new all on 4 teeth in the upper jaw when it is finished. Dr. Volkan professionally advised me not to extract my lower jaw teeth since they were still good, stable and not necessary to extract. So in the end I am very happy that I listened to his professional advice so I will keep my own teeth which would be much better in the end according to his advise, most dentists advise this anyway. Now he will be able to place new Zirconium crowns on my own teeth in the lower jaw so everything will match and look all the same and new when all the work is done in the end. During the treatment I did not feel any pain, treatment went very well, smooth and good according the end result. No infections, I had some after pain which is/was normal and durable, swelling which lasted for a few days, all this is normal of course after such a treatment/operation. Aftercare was very good, he invited me a few times to come over to the clinic to check up on everything to see that the healing went ok. The temporary dental fake teeth were measured and prepared during the week I stayed in Istanbul. The fake dental teeth were very nice and good, fitted very well so all that was in order as well. Also the pick-up/ drop off service at the airport and hotel was organised very well and everything on time so also no worries about that! In the end, I am very happy already so far for/with the work that has been done, I paid a good, fair and reasonable price. He was also very understanding in helping people in a good manner to make a good deal for me since he knows all to well that not everybody can afford such high prices that we normally pay in our own countries where dental care is very expensive, at least here in Holland it is ! The same dental work would have cost me something like 12.000.- to 15.000.- Euro in Holland for Astra implants and Zirconium teeth since this is the better and best quality so very expensive. He is not only after the money like most bigger clinics do but wants to deliver good and nice work for the customer for a fair price I reckon and that has to be said here in my review as well I think! I CAN ONLY AND HIGLHY RECCOMEND Dr. VOLKAN TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A GOOD DENTIST IN ISTANBUL !! I have to go back in a couple of months in September after healing and when the implants have grown into the bone to get all the final work done and then I have a new smile again 😊 Will update new review after that again to tell about the end result.

The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

Brilliant experience from the dentist and staff. I'd researched for about a year and read all the reviews, I picked this one because of the professionalism of Dr Omer and his staff, and nothing was too much trouble. I'd sent them a lot of photos of my teeth, I had two missing from the front, and had a pallet which I hated and lots of fillings. Dr Omer and his team came back to me with the plan, and told me exactly what he was going to do and would not add any additional cost to the plan. So I went ahead with the plan would pay in two halves. I flew out to Istanbul in October 2024. Kenan, who did all the organising through WhatsApp, was great. He sorted the taxis out and the hotel. On the first visit, the dentist did two extractions, five implants and a root canal on another day. No pain but a bit of swelling around my face, which was taken care of with the medication, which was also included in the price. I was there for five days in Istanbul. In February 2025, I went back after my gums had healed up for ten days. The dentist did four root canal treatments and fillings, 28 zirconia crowns and a night guard. The total cost was for two extractions Five implants Five root canals 28 zirconia crowns One night guard £6,800. Thank you, Dr Omer and your team for an excellent job, and would recommend this clinic to everyone. They look fantastic, even my local dentist back in the UK thinks so.
