I decided to have a dimpleplasty, a minor surgery for dimple creation done under local anesthesia as I inspired by the natural dimples my children had. Shared my concerns with Dr. Cheong You Wei, a board certified plastic surgeon in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I wanted a dimple on one side of the cheek and was concerned about having a crater or indent on my face even when not smiling. Dr. Cheong gave an honest and accurate explanation that the dimple will stay visible even without smiling, during the early recovery days. Possibly up to 6 months from the day the dimple was created. Fast forward 6 months later, the dimple looks very well placed and natural. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome. Positive outcome, prompt e-mail replies and friendly staff.

It has already been 5 years since I was last treated by Dato Dr Guna. Once again I had on 30th September 2019 sort for his expert opinion for a slow-growing, painless, sessile growth over my left scalp area. It was about 1.5cm in diameter and slightly raised. Diagnosed it as a Seborrheic keratosis and offered to have it removed immediately. I agreed and gave written consent. The lesion was removed using Laser under local anaesthesia. The whole procedure was over in 20 minutes. It was painless without any undue stress.
