Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.

Have had dental work done over 3 years (and a lovely holiday each time). What would have cost me £14 000.00 at a private dentist in the UK has cost me €4 000.00 and BETTER SERVICE as well as quality of service! PS. DR. Besas speaks SUPER ENGLISH so do not be concerned PLUS he has the patience of a saint!

Thank you so much staff at Tracey’s Dental for the excellent care that you provided me. I came through the front door discouraged. I had flown from Canada to have dental work at another Dental agency. But on my first visit there they had raised their price by 5x and required 2 return visits. I felt like I was being manipulated and cheated. I had heard about Tracey’s from a third party and not knowing what else to do I came to you. Alex met me at the front desk and I quickly found out that he organizes everything. Dr. Josua immediately took me into his office and did a careful consultation. In the 3 days I had left in Algodones, he did a major amount of work including dental surgery with 2 implants with sinus lifts. He was gentle, and kind, and made me feel like I could trust him. I found out later that he is not only a great dentist but a professor at 3 universities teaching dentistry. He is probably the most qualified dentist in Algodones. And yet very non-assuming. And when we were ready to leave, we needed a ride to the other side of the border to meet our transportation to Yuma. Marcela Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Dental offered to drive us not only to the border, but she drove us through customs and to the other side making it so much easier for us with our luggage. She and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Several days later I had developed an infection on the side where the implants were. I contacted Marcela and she immediately conferred with Dr Josua and advised me exactly what I needed to do. I followed their advice and everything cleared up. I know that they care about me. Not just my business. And that means everything. This is very rare no matter what country you are in.
