Thank you and the biggest respect for the best doctor, who stands up for his job. I came during the pandemic because my crown fell off and Dr Marco good at taking care of me. I was surprised when I got my bill, I pay NOTHING because my crown under warranty and I'm all ready to pay for it the years I go. With respect to this clinic even during a hard time in a business they stand for the job and keep promises. I'm planning to bring my mom from Russia in a few months, Dr Marco our doctor forever!

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. Initial visit and examination, need to take 11 FOV 9x12 3D CBCT or doctor to determine right dental procedure. I choose this clinic because is closest to my apartment. Clinic is nice, clean and in equipped with impressive instruments. Doctor was very helpful in explaining about procedure for dental implants. What kind of implants should be determined in next visit after examining 3D scan. S. Golubovic
