Rotherholme Dental Practice

Ricky graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2008 and has since worked in a variety of dental practices across the Midlands. In January 2020, he became the practice principal and co-owner of Rotherholme Dental alongside his wife, Preeti Athwal, and has been thoroughly enjoying his time in Ashby. 

Ricky is passionate about continually developing his skills and advancing his career. In addition to providing high-quality general dentistry, he offers a range of advanced treatments, including IV sedation for nervous patients, dental implants for missing teeth, and Invisalign for teeth straightening.

He takes great pride in all aspects of dentistry, particularly in building strong relationships with his patients and delivering the highest standard of care. Ricky is especially skilled at helping nervous patients feel at ease, using his calm and reassuring approach to create a comfortable experience.

Outside of work, Ricky enjoys spending time with his wife and young family, dining out, and following his football team, Manchester United.

Preeti qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2008. Since then, she has worked in dental practices across Birmingham and Staffordshire, gaining a wide range of experience before settling in Ashby. She is now the owner of Rotherholme Dental alongside her husband, Ricky.

In addition to providing high-quality general dentistry, Preeti has completed numerous courses in cosmetic treatments, including facial aesthetics and fillers, which she particularly enjoys and offers at the practice.

She is known for her kind and gentle approach, always striving to give her patients the best possible experience. Preeti enjoys chatting, meeting new people, and building strong relationships with her patients.

Outside of work, she spends time with her family, including her two young children, enjoys baking delicious treats, and loves going on holidays.
