Been with this practice just over 12 months. I am a very nervous patient, and they have treated me with the best care. I have had teeth out and today had scale and polish. They are so patient. Other dentists I have been with had no thought about my nervousness. That's why I hadn't been for years. My NHS dentist wouldn't take me on, so I had to choose private. Value is about the same as other private. I can't afford dentures being a pensioner, but am sure they will help keep my oral care spot on. People may not believe it, but my first visit here was so welcoming and professional.

Traveling from America to receive all on 6 dental implants, I was of course, a bit nervous. After a few phone calls with Dr. Argueta and Joselyn, every bit of anxiety subsided. Truly, some of the most professional people I’ve dealt with in the industry that actually show care and interest for their patients. Leading up to my procedure, Dr. Argueta was so thorough with wanting different types of scans, pictures, and miscellaneous things to make sure he was prepared on his end for anything that might come up. Ended up being very comforting to know he was covering all the bases. Including potential speed bumps due to my case (condition of my mouth), and ensuring everything would go as smoothly as possible. Beyond that, talking to me on a person-to-person front, getting to know me, my reasoning, my headspace, and why I feel this is a good choice for me. Something I just hadn’t quite experienced in America without feeling like a paycheck. 2 trips totaling a month and some change in Guatemala not only gave him ample time to ensure everything was done properly, but also allowed time for any adjustments to make sure I was feeling comfortable, pain free, and good with my new teeth, not to mention being able to travel around a wonderful country to explore and experience some culture and scenery. Their continued commitment, communication, and care extended beyond my travels and they remain available and willing to talk not only to me about something I may feel or be concerned about, but also to my American dentist to ensure that my new teeth are well and properly taken care of. I can’t thank everyone at Dental City Guatemala enough, especially Dr. Luis Argueta. Thank you for giving me a fresh, beautiful smile, providing such a great experience, and continuing to make sure I have no issues and am comfortable with every aspect of my new implants. I recently visited Dr. Altamira's Laser Dental Clinic (first-time visit) and was treated by Dra. Patricia J. Carrillo. My visit was for a cleaning and examination. I'm 67 years old and have visited clinics regularly my adult life, this Clinic is 1st Class in professionalism, cleanliness and state of the art dental equipment. Dra. Patricia J. Carrillo, during the examination, discovered 3 cavities, 2 side by side on my upper jaw and 1 in my lower jaw, same side. I was rescheduled two days later for the fillings. Dra. Patricia did an excellent job on my teeth, she transformed the way my upper teeth look where the cavities were. She was able to match the fillings to the natural colour of my teeth. I could not be happier, plus the cost was reasonable and within my budget. Thank you for making me smile a little bigger.

Had my first appointment today - due to circumstances I missed original timeslot but the Practice was able to accommodate me. Very refreshing that I was not 'turned away'. Very happy with treatment thus far - next appointment booked problem-free.

Dr. Dilip Purohit was really nice and calm. He was very patient and talked about all the pros and cons of dental fillings. There was also a follow up to know if I felt any sensitivity or discomfort after a day of the filling. I would recommend Dr. Purohit.

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. I got an appointment on the day I rang with a set price for the repair. When I got there they said it would be about two hours but it was under that time and the repair was done and beautifully done and great service. Thank you.

Thank you so much staff at Tracey’s Dental for the excellent care that you provided me. I came through the front door discouraged. I had flown from Canada to have dental work at another Dental agency. But on my first visit there they had raised their price by 5x and required 2 return visits. I felt like I was being manipulated and cheated. I had heard about Tracey’s from a third party and not knowing what else to do I came to you. Alex met me at the front desk and I quickly found out that he organizes everything. Dr. Josua immediately took me into his office and did a careful consultation. In the 3 days I had left in Algodones, he did a major amount of work including dental surgery with 2 implants with sinus lifts. He was gentle, and kind, and made me feel like I could trust him. I found out later that he is not only a great dentist but a professor at 3 universities teaching dentistry. He is probably the most qualified dentist in Algodones. And yet very non-assuming. And when we were ready to leave, we needed a ride to the other side of the border to meet our transportation to Yuma. Marcela Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Dental offered to drive us not only to the border, but she drove us through customs and to the other side making it so much easier for us with our luggage. She and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Several days later I had developed an infection on the side where the implants were. I contacted Marcela and she immediately conferred with Dr Josua and advised me exactly what I needed to do. I followed their advice and everything cleared up. I know that they care about me. Not just my business. And that means everything. This is very rare no matter what country you are in. If you are looking for a dental office that is fair in its pricing, qualified and has caring staff I would recommend Tracey’s Dental.
