It was a wonderful visit to MedSpa for a dental implant crown. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. I had a great experience that felt like home not a dental office. Everyone was kind and gentle. The work that they provide for oral operations is the best that I have come across making sure crowns look clean and even as well as keeping the proportions of your teeth aesthetic. Post operation me and my wife are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend! The location is very clean and accommodating and being new to the area (travelled from the United States) we got recommended many places to make our visit welcome! We got work done by Dr. Shkelqim and Dr. Juliana and felt very comfortable. Friendly, accommodating, quality and very time efficient. Had basically a full set of teeth redone in a week's worth of time. 5 star experience!

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.
