From the very beginning, the communication was excellent – the team helped me plan my journey in advance from England, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The level of care and attention I received exceeded all expectations.

Dr Ela is incredibly knowledgeable, and attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I particularly appreciated was the clinic's approach to treatment — rather than jumping to radical solutions, they prioritise saving and treating the tooth whenever possible. This was a refreshing contrast to other clinics that had recommended extraction.

I wholeheartedly recommend New Smile to anyone considering dental treatment abroad, and I will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience that felt like home not a dental office. Everyone was kind and gentle. The work that they provide for oral operations is the best that I have come across making sure crowns look clean and even as well as keeping the proportions of your teeth aesthetic.

Post operation me and my wife are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend! The location is very clean and accommodating and being new to the area (travelled from the United States) we got recommended many places to make our visit welcome!

I Initially came for a teeth cleaning treatment and on top of that I requested a full dental care check. They found out that I had 4 hidden cavities which they treated in 2 days. I knew that something was wrong with my sensitive teeth so 3 months ago I went for a diagnosis in a dental clinic in Halifax but they couldn't see the cavities. Thanks to Dr. Ella and Dr Juliana I got my mouth health and dental issues sorted.
