I had a wonderful experience with New Smile Dental Clinic.

I am terribly afraid of the dentist and Dr. Juliana Caushi is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. She is very professional, takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice.

Dr. Juliana and her staff come through with flying colors!

There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend.!

I had a great experience that felt like home not a dental office. Everyone was kind and gentle. The work that they provide for oral operations is the best that I have come across making sure crowns look clean and even as well as keeping the proportions of your teeth aesthetic.

Post operation me and my wife are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend! The location is very clean and accommodating and being new to the area (travelled from the United States) we got recommended many places to make our visit welcome!

I Initially came for a teeth cleaning treatment and on top of that I requested a full dental care check. They found out that I had 4 hidden cavities which they treated in 2 days. I knew that something was wrong with my sensitive teeth so 3 months ago I went for a diagnosis in a dental clinic in Halifax but they couldn't see the cavities. Thanks to Dr. Ella and Dr Juliana I got my mouth health and dental issues sorted.

I was suggested this clinic from one of my friends. I desperately needed to check my teeth and I was convinced that I needed to make an implant. At first we had a misunderstanding with the receptionist and to be honest, I disliked them. After they called me to explain what exactly happened and finally all the situation was resolved.

As a patient when I am terrified I usually don’t even listen to what the medical staff is saying at first and I get nervous. Thank you, everyone, especially Dr Juliana for the effort and for the 5-star service you provided. I highly recommend this clinic.

Did one dental filling and made another appointment for one more and cleaning the next day. All - smashing success. The staff are professional and polite. My dentist Kristi was kind and caring, we ironed out everything needed.

The price was considerably lower than in Italy where I currently reside (3 times, to be precise). Dental filling was second grade. Plus at the end you can get a receipt (kind of like a warranty card) that within the next year should any problem with the fillings arise, the teeth will be fixed for free.

The dentist is very caring and does his job very well. All employees are friendly. The clinic is very clean.

Following a recommendation, I completed several different works including root canal and composite bonding at New Smile and genuinely must say this clinic is amazing. The dentists were friendly, experienced, informative and re-assuring. I’m very happy with the end result!

P.s. I can’t believe they actually have spare dental packs, just in case you had a quick bite before your visit.
