I recently got a Straumann dental implant from Dr. Karim Bakir, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my very first visit, he made me feel completely comfortable with his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. The whole process was smooth and completely pain-free. The implant looks so natural that I sometimes forget it’s not my real tooth! The clinic is modern and super clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and supportive. I had implants fitted at Dovetail about 8 years ago as I was having a lot of trouble with my dentures. Rob and the team at Dovetail were really good and explained the process from start to finish. My NHS dentist recommended me to Dovetail, and I’m so pleased with the result. I do think it is a good value as they have made me very happy.

As a petrified patient, today was my 3rd visit again to have an extraction. All 3 times, they have put me at ease. From the receptionist/auxiliary nurse to the doctor, all have been fantastic and their work is first-class. Hopefully, I won't need a dentist for a good while, but when I do, I won't hesitate to go back. They all are a credit to their profession. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 100% for this clinic I would have done so . I came all the way from Ireland to Greece to get a treatment for my teeth and it was worth it! The dentist and the staff are very professional, very good equipment and the soft skills are amazing!! I felt very relaxed and safe. I have had the most fantastic treatment, start to finish - the whole team is absolutely incredible - gentle, understanding, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Travelling to Bulgaria from the UK in desperate need of serious dental treatment - root canal, couple of crowns, multiple fillings that needed replacing, composite bonding on the top front four teeth (due to microdontia - I am 30 years of age and no dentist has ever mentioned that to me before, and believe me when I say that I've had more than enough dental appointments for a lifetime ). My treatment took just over two weeks. It has been over year and a half since I've had my treatment and I am still over the moon with my smile and the fabulous job that the whole team did.
