The service I received was exceptional from the moment I was greeted by the taxi driver to the care coordinator, reception staff, and dental surgeons. They all went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The consultation was thorough, addressing all my concerns and customizing the treatment plan according to my specific needs. Melisa, the care coordinator, provided detailed explanations, allowing me to make an informed decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I must extend my gratitude to the team for their efforts in preparing delicious and appetizing beverages.

I started my clear aligners treatment here in March. Prior to travelling there, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices as well. During my stay there for my initial appointments, the treatment at the clinic and outside the appointment times (if I had any concerns or needed help), Dr Ali Bahadr, Miss Ezgi and the staff were kind and had great quality of customer service and advice. I am back in the UK but still going through the clear aligner treatment and will be returning to this clinic near the end of the year to finish the treatment, get some teeth removed and get my fixed as well as removable retainers. I will update the review at that time.

Had an outstanding experience with Kemal and his team. The staff were very friendly and polite. I had composite bonding done with one of the female dentists she’s very talented and made me feel very comfortable. I’m in love with my new teeth I feel like a new woman. My husband and I had a consultation in Liverpool in January we went for our smile makeover in March. The treatment was amazing staff was outstanding, they really do care. I was so nervous but I can honestly say they really looked after us. My dentist Esin was an angel and also my husband's dentist Tahsin was just fabulous nothing was too much trouble. The supervisor Gizem and dr Fuat made sure all our needs were met they asked for our feedback at every stage thank you so much. They even tried to give me a refund for a root canal I didn't need.
