I had an 8-unit bridge that had been fitted in the late 1980s which was deteriorating and also a problematic crown from the same era, which was loose and was affecting adjacent teeth, so I had researched dental treatment in Turkey and the Focus Dental Clinic look promising so I arranged a consultation whilst on holiday in October 2023. The first thing that impressed me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, along with the state-of-the-art facilities, after a scan, the dentist picked up several problems which meant that replacement of the bridge would require implants, and we decided on “all on 6” for my top jaw, I booked in for the treatment in January 2024. I must stress it is a real team at Focus, my implants were done by Dr. Harika Köklü, all the work is peer reviewed and her husband Dr. Soykan Köklü and the dentist Mustafa Soner Bilgiç who fitted the temporary bridge, were consulted during the surgery. I had 12 extractions, removal of the old bridge, and 6 implants in the top jaw. Unlikely as it sounds the process was pretty painless, Dr Harika is amazing, skilful and empathic, ( and she has small hands too which is pretty important when you have around 5 hours of keeping your mouth open!) After the extractions and the implants had been placed and the gum stitched I had an impression taken for the temporary bridge. This was fitted the next morning, already a great improvement! I was given a course of antibiotics, mouthwash, and painkillers, (but all that was required was ibuprofen for one evening!) I am now 8 Weeks since surgery, the stitches have dissolved now and the gum is healed, I am looking forward to returning in May to complete the treatment. I looked long and hard at all the options, I am so happy to have chosen Focus and Dr. Harika Köklü.

After I saw my daughter’s teeth that was done by Dr Kubra I decided to get mine done. We had the first initial consultation and Dr Kubra explained everything that needed to be done and took into consideration of what I wanted and answered any questions that I had, Due to having gum disease I had lost a lot of my bone and the teeth that I had left weren’t in good condition so I had to have the all on 4 implant procedure, I found the procedure wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and Dr Kubra was very gentle and took her time to make sure that I was feeling good. She is honestly the best dentist I have ever come across, she is so lovely and calm and really does make you feel like you are being well looked after. I have to come back for the next part of my treatment, I’m really excited to come back and have my treatment finished. I have already recommended Dr kubra to all my friends and family. Also I can’t forget Sarah, she is English, she is an absolute gem and is there for everything from start to finish, she is so helpful

Dr Gamze is an absolute angel. She is non-judgemental, polite and professional. She is very gentle and effective and does a great being patient. If you have a little dental anxiety, I can’t recommend Dr Gamze enough. She is wonderful!

On time, did everything professionally. Clean, air conditioned. I just had my teeth cleaned and got another retainer made, which was ready the next day. Recommended.

I contacted DentMamaris amongst a few others to obtain quotes, their prices were competitive and they responded well to every query I gave them, I then made my final decision after tracking down a few other customers who had used them via social media. When I arrived at my hotel they picked me up at the agreed time and after arriving at the clinic they carried out an initial consultation, upon arrival at the resort I had what I thought was an infection that hadn’t cleared and in fairness, they gave me a number of different options that I could take with no pressure to carry out my treatment. I opted to carry out the treatment which involved 2 teeth being removed and top and bottom zirconium Crowns. I was surprised at how little time was taken out of my Holiday as it only seemed to be an hour or so for the first 2 days and then 2 20 20-minute periods in between then and the final day of having the Crowns fitted. The results were absolutely amazing and I can only say is if you are thinking of having work done with the team there don’t delay and get it booked, like me you will be very pleased with their work, all I can say is thanks again to team for all you do.
