I had a deep face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Soner in October 2023, and it's been a game-changer for me. For over 19 years, I felt very self-conscious about my neck and side profile, after a hurtful comment from a so-called friend. Then, over time, as I gained and lost weight, and got older - it got even worse. I'd avoid having my picture taken and constantly tried to hide my neck with my hand or anything I could find. I even dreaded my husband seeing me from that angle after 36 years together! After significant research and spending time speaking with my lovely coordinator ‘Penny’ I had already chosen Dr Soner, but I so was nervous about going through with the procedure, especially since it was outside of the UK. But when I saw a photo someone had taken without me knowing, I knew I had to have the procedure. Everyone who knows me or has seen my before and after photos are amazed by the incredible difference it's made. My neck looks so much younger, and it's given a big boost to my confidence. My neck was my main worry, but now I'm happy to take photos without trying to cover up. I'm 55, and my only regret is not doing this sooner. Dr. Soner is a lovely chap. He’s professional, and informative. I was especially impressed that he talked me out of having a procedure that I didn’t need. I can't recommend him enough and have sent friends to him because I have so much faith in his ethics and commitment to do his very best for his patients. I’m not just grateful for the fantastic results, but also for how much it's improved how I feel about myself and for the support and guidance I’ve had all the way through the process from Penny.

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Thanks to Sezen (my translator and contact person) and Deniz (my dietician). It’s a very professional and friendly environment. Hi , so it’s been four weeks since my operation with dr Kamilmanav and I’m absolutely delighted with the results!! My journey started when I contacted catchlife explaining to them that I wanted a breast lift. I received a reply of a very kind and supportive man call Ertan who organised everything,he was in contact with me right up till I landed in Turkey reassuring me every Step of the way.I was quiet nervous by this point but he was so kind and confident I needn’t have been. I was pick up from the airport driven to my hotel picked up again the next morning driven to hospital for my pre-opp checks met my beautiful Surgeon Dr Manav who I can honestly say is the most kindest talented man!! I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Suleyman in July 2023 and when I arrived I was met with the upmost care. He can’t do enough for you, so kind and gentle. Since that time he has checked in with me every couple of months to see how I am doing and has always maintained contact, and been a constant pillar of support to me. I returned this year (June 2025) after losing 9 stone to have a “mummy makeover” all organised by Dr Suleyman and his team and again the care has been incredible. Even though he was not performing the plastic surgery he met with me on arrival, he was there holding my hand when I went down to surgery and he listens to any worries you may have and reassures you, he came in every day to check I was ok and not just me but my companion too ensuring she was ok and even bought her dinner whilst I was having surgery! He has a fantastic co-ordinator Olena who also ensures everything runs as smoothly as possible, and is always on hand to answer any questions. He really is the kindest man whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. I am so glad I found this surgeon he has changed my life and I have made a life long friend. Thank you for everything and I will see you again soon for my arm lift!

I went to Turkey to have a few operations , I had pec implants, liposuction and a hernia operation. I was very impressed with how clean the tidy the hospital was, also how well I was looked after by the surgeons, staff and nurses. Kerem , ezel and skye were absolutely fantastic and the surgeons have dome a great job and I am very satisfied, I highly recommend booking with these.

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I delivered my baby three months ago and after delivery, I had so many complications. I ate so much healthy food during that period. for that, I put on weight more than I had ever imagined in my life. I was looking just like a rolling ball. I was very worried about my weight so my husband and I decided to go to Istanbul for gastric bypass, after surgery I got amazing results. within three months I have lost 32 kgs and weight loss process have not to stop there it continues. Well, well, where do I start? I’m speechless. I’m one of those old-school thinkers who believed you only get treatment where you live, but 1000% — that thought of mine was wrong, especially now being in Turkey, Izmir, and having treatment in this clinic. I was definitely blown away. The service, the care in hospital, during and after the surgery — I don’t have words to explain. It was sooooooo amazing. I had a few nurses taking care of me, which I’ve never experienced in the UK — ever. I’m a mother and have even been in a UK private hospital once, but it was nowhere near the treatment I got here. I was extremely lucky to have two people beside me almost 90% of the time: Ebrew and Kaan, the young fellow. I just feel like I made a new family there, rather than just receiving medical care. These two people reached out to care for me beyond their jobs. I have a few people lined up, and hopefully we’ll be back in the same clinic again — but this time, it’ll be my sister’s journey. I absolutely, blindly trust the doctor, the caregivers, and, amazingly, Ebrew and Kaan. Forever in my heart. 💕

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.
