Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

My experience with Time Travel aesthetics was extremely Joyful. If you need a place with people where you can feel safe and secure, this is it. Büşra and the precious and special Nurse are the most caring and supportive Coordinators you can wish for yourself. The consultation was very informative and they always had time for my many questions and concerns. They planned my whole trip from A to Z, I didn't have to worry about anything just my personal items. When it was time to meet Dr. Aşim Uslu, I realised that I made the right decision by going there. Dr. Uslu is a heartwarming decent man, he understood what I wanted and even offered more than I thought was possible. Since I went there for a complete Mommy makeover and arm lift, I knew there would be a lot of discomfort and pain, but those Angels made everything easier for me. They were by my side before going in for the Surgery and were there when I woke up. They visited me more than 3 times daily to check on me and always asked if I needed something and took care of it. Dr Aşim Uslu checked on me daily even after I had been discharged from the Hospital. The gentle care was definitely a huge part of my fast recovery. I don't know how to explain it better than by day 4 after surgery I was already out there cruising the malls and restaurants. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

I am very satisfied with the result of the operation. My wishes were honoured and understood. I was also given security and I was supported.
