Even allowing for the travel costs was still a saving. Over the service was very professional and my impression was the clinic was more advanced technologically.

I saw Dr Ali a few years ago for liposuction on 2 occasions and was extremely impressed with my results and care. He and his team are fantastic and caring. I reached out again yesterday after years later as I had a very horrible experience with a plastic surgeon 2 weeks ago, who did a horrible job and treated me so poorly, and refused to explain and reassure me after surgery, which left me feeling stuck with nowhere to go. Dr Ali fit me in the next day. After our phone call this morning, I feel much calmer. He listened to my concerns and let me know my feelings were valid. He is willing to review in a few months' time if I'm still unhappy to see what he can do, which completely put my mind at ease. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

The anaesthesia was the hardest part and hurt like hell but the procedure was successful and now try become beautiful again. The doctor was very proficient and professional. The charge was higher than quoted at $895.68 instead of $850.
