I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

Consultants are very professional and very friendly. I have read many stories about liposuction will be very painful, but this is my first day after the surgery. I don’t feel much pain at all. Good follow-up and good care.

Received NAD+ Therapy and wrinkles injection. The doctor was very friendly, and professional and gave good skin advice. She advised how I should initiate wrinkles injection before I have permanent wrinkles, that prevention is the best way to treat. It was the first time I heard about this. Now, two weeks passed and my skin is better than ever! Best clinic in the city. Highly recommended!

I had to have my lower eye blepharoplasty done in Phuket and had to have my stitches removed in Bangkok. After a bit of research I found the metro clinic and after exchanging emails and showing photos of my surgery, I felt assured I would be in good hands at this clinic. The clinic was very clean, and I received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait, I was seen immediately. The dr who removed my stitches was very gentle and very thorough. He was patient with me and did an excellent job. Such a nice man and very good at what he does and the assistant was also very reassuring and helpful. They welcomed me with some cold iced lemon tea and a cold coconut (it was very warm outside) and I was very impressed with the personal touches. My 17 stitches were removed quickly, efficiently and carefully. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to have them removed and at such a great price. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I travelled from New Zealand to Dr Prinya’s Clinic two weeks ago. I had a lower face & neck lift and nose tip surgery. He has done an incredible job on my face and nose. Exactly what I wanted. The Dr is a very skilled surgeon in my opinion. The incision scars are so well done that you can hardly tell they are there after two weeks. Now the swelling has come down and I’m out in public people are commenting on how good I look. Dr Prinya speaks great English and makes you feel at ease throughout the surgery process. His staff are very friendly and helpful & speak some English too. I can not thank Dr Prinya and his staff enough for making me feel so safe and at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend this clinic for your surgeries. And the price is incredibly cheap for the skill Dr Prinya has. I will be returning in the near future for more work.

Highly recommend. Doctor was so handsome. Also staff pretty. I did Ance facial treatment, annoyed me for months because of hormones. After that day my ance totally gone like magic! Also can't wait for a month to see my HIFU result.

The doctor and the nurses who treated me did a really good job with my treatment. Will go back again next time. I did feel a little shy initially talking about my treatment in front of all the ladies at the front desk.

Very professional and good service. Lovely surroundings. I had micro-needling and the price included add-on treatments and cosmetics and a free red light facial a few days afterwards. So good value
