I attended Defyne clinic to have plasma treatment. I was really quite nervous but Pinar and the other staff are so friendly I was soon put at ease. Pinar explained the process thoroughly, and the aftercare so there was no hidden surprises. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment. I would definitely attend again.

She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. My first trip to the dentist in 18 years and I was really nervous. I Booked in with Dr Shervin, for an emergency appt, which was easy to get. Dr Shervin put me at ease, explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. He extracted a tooth efficiently and effectively. I was so relieved and felt totally relaxed. My follow up appt was a proper check up, where he cleaned my teeth himself and advised no further issues. Would highly recommend.

I have consulted with Yuliya over a number of years regarding different aesthetic procedures and have received positive results. She is always happy to discuss the available options and explain which treatment would work best. Yuliya is very approachable and knowledgeable and seems genuinely keen to find a solution to any aesthetic issues. Acute pain right hip. Immediately [on a Saturday ] x-ray arranged, 1/2 hr later at local hospital; followed by radiologist report on Monday and consultant appointment, within 3 days. Exceptional! Clinic very well appointed [only criticism, totally no male interest, news, sports magazines]. Terrific, efficient organisation from practice manager, in all respects [SMT about appointments, almost instantaneously whilst on telephone], very friendly and welcoming. Only matched by speed, friendliness and efficiency of Dr. R. Lewis. A wonderful example of local doctors of yesteryear!

I have been coming to Dawn for many years. I lie about my age often - thanks to Dawn! It’s become an ongoing joke as I started taking 5 years off my DOB and now I take 10 years off! What I love the most is how professional Dawn is and on more than 1 occasion she has told me ‘you don’t need fillers’ or ‘ that will be too much for your lips/face’. Dawn will not take your money and will turn it away for you to look good, that’s not the case for all practitioners, unfortunately. I can not recommend Dawn enough and her new salon is a dream it’s very clinical and immaculate. I will continue rolling back the years with Dawn and recommending her, it’s our faces at the end of the day! Don’t take a risk with unrealistic offers book with a professional who cares.
