About The Canmore Clinic

The Canmore Clinic (formerly Aesthetic Spirit) is a beautiful and professional, dedicated rejuvenation clinic in the heart of Dunfermline. There are two spacious treatment rooms and a beautiful reception lounge where you or a friend can relax with complimentary wi-fi and nespresso coffee or herbal tea.

A spacious carpark is just around the corner, in between the clinic and M&S.

Wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, medical facial treatments, Plasma BT, LED Light Therapy, Hydrafacial and Image Skincare products in Dunfermline, Fife.

Miranda also offers Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) consultations and treatment for Menopause and Peri-Menopause.

Other appointment times are available on request.

Miranda Philip. Post Grad Dip (Aes Med.), B.A., R.G.N., N.I.P.Miranda has been an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner since 2007.  As a Nurse Independent Prescriber (MA level with Distinction awarded from Edinburgh Napier University), Miranda is fully autonomous with a wealth of experience. Having received her Post Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the University of Greenwich Miranda is one of just a handful of Medical Practitioners to have achieved the first academically recognised University qualification in the UK.

Miranda was one of the first full-time aesthetic practitioners in Scotland.

I have attended this clinic over the last few years and have always been made to feel so special by Viki, the clinical receptionist. She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated.

The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special.

Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

Treatment for Wrinkles

When I was considering treatment, Miranda came highly recommend so I had no hesitation when the time came to have it done. I regularly have three areas done - forehead, crows feet and the lines in between the eyes. I don't want to look fake but just enhance what I have and I've certainly never been disappointed. I feel more confident and love the results that the treatment gives me!

Miranda Philip, B.A., R.G.N, Post Grad Dip (Aes Med).

Miranda is a highly qualified, advanced practitioner specialising in upper, mid and lower facial aesthetics, dermal fillersand rejuvenation. As a Nurse Independent Prescriber (MA level with Distinction awarded from Edinburgh Napier University), Miranda is fully autonomous with a wealth of experience.

In 2007 Miranda became a full time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and has invested much time into continuing education so as to deliver the highest standard of care to her clients.

In 2012 Miranda graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Post Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, which was the only academically recognised qualification in this speciality.

Miranda is also an active member of the British Association of Aesthetic Nurses (BACN) and is a member of their education board. She has undertaken extensive training in Aesthetic Medicine in Glasgow, Gloucester and London, where she also assisted at the Royal College of Physicians in London, training other Doctors, Dentists and Nurses in administering medical aesthetics.Originally from Edinburgh, Miranda graduated from Oxford Brookes University and the John Radcliffe School of Nursing in 1996.Her extensive background in Nursing includes working in hospitals in Edinburgh, London, New York and New Jersey USA.

Miranda is also able to recommend a full line of home care products using the leading U.S. brand of IMAGE skin care range.
