On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. Vanity took care of my fat transfer to breast and lipo to back and inner thighs. I loved how completely honest they were with me about what I should have done compared to what I had originally envisioned. Irem was my coordinator during my time before and after the procedure, and she was a complete pro and was so very helpful. I had such a short time to get my stuff done, and she made things happen for me.

I’m at my 6 month mark of FUE and could not be more satisfied with my results so far. I’m only about 50% in my overall journey where hair density continues to increase and I can’t really wait to see my final result. I had 4250 grafts extracted from my donor area which still looks full so props to the team. The overall process from pre-consult to airport pick-up to the procedure itself and to the regular follow-ups, even till the 6-month mark, where my enquiries are still being answered, is nothing short of top-notch. There was no hard selling at the start and they were always at hand to answer my questions since I’m a first timer. All the clinic staff were highly professional, explaining everything clearly along the way,y and I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. I will strongly recommend the clinic.

Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. All ladies team. Manager Asli organised everything very well, and still provided a great care after surgery, answering all the questions. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it, all the team was very professional friendly, caring. Quote was for 3500 grafts, but they did 4800 with no extra charge, where I was pleasantly surprised. I had my gastric sleeve operation for 4 months. From initial contact to continued support after the operation, every question was answered effectively and quickly. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I found Dr Mantse on What Clinic. I spoke to Dr Mantse personally on the phone, who answered all my questions. I had 3000 FU (grafts) from Dr Mantse years back who informed me that I would continue to lose hair in different areas.
