This was my second hair transplant through Best Self Club after a year. The service you guys provide is very good from receiving from the airport, then dropping off at the hotel and picking up from the hotel for surgery and dropping off at the hotel for check-up. I really appreciated the staff and my doctor, Osman Gu. His work is amazing. The hotel was first class, and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Transport to and from the clinic/ airport was smooth. I can’t fault how well run it was which filled me with confidence.

I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. He was really good at explaining the whole process when I first time contacted him on WhatsApp. The first time when I went for the first appointment I really liked how intelligent he is, was really good at explaining and listened to me carefully about how I want my nose to look like. Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.
