Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I would recommend them any day based on my experience.

This was my 1st time getting a hair transplant. I did a lot of research on many clinics in Istanbul, and from all of them, Tetik stood out as the best. I spoke with Tugce on the phone, and she made all the preparations; she was awesome. They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious van and drove me to my hotel. The next day, after a great Turkish breakfast, they picked me up and drove me straight to the clinic where Tugce greeted me and my wife. After sitting down and explaining everything again that we discussed on the phone, she took me to the medical room where everything looked professional and introduced me to the medical staff. They were all very nice and professional, from the assistants to the doctor. Surgery went great; I had 4000 grafts put in. After surgery, they drove me back to the hotel. The next day, they picked me up and drove me to the airport. I'm so glad I chose Tetik. Now waiting for results! 😊

Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!

I had carried out a lot of research and decided on Febris. From start to finish the communication has been first class. The facilities are ultra clean and modern with very friendly staff. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Outstanding service, everything as promised. On a first visit, Asli explained to me, as everything will happen during operation and after. The Doctor also has a chance to look at my head, asked about my preferences,  she draw by marker on my head future  new hairline, explained me some option  and expected output.  Generally, I thought,  I am in the right place , ready to choose this clinic, as they are doing only one job - hair transplant and I feel some confidence toward them. Operation started very easy, easier than I expected, but of course at night I felt tired , but still in a good mood. After the operation in the following days, Asli contacted me offering  some help if needed, but I feel actually pretty good, even better than Asli aware of me ,  not took  extra medication she supply, of course sleeping first week not so comfortable, to say at least.   Today my first haircut, after two months, I am happy with what I got so far. Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK.
