On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. The hospital is very clean and tidy the staff are so friendly and polite. Even though Turkish isn’t a language that I know it was never an awkward moment or language barrier problem at all. My coordinator Umut is such a lovely guy kept me informed every step of the way he gave me everything in advance so was prepared I had no problems my check up, it was just smooth as the day of my operation. He even came back to see me after my Op and that was in the night I appreciate him so much. As for my doctor he’s just straight to the point he’s very helpful before seeing him I went by his work I saw on social media and I can say his work is for sure a 10/10 and it’s only day 7 so imagine once I’ve fully healed. Overall all the staff from Vanity o came into any contact with was very friendly helpful polite. I would like to say thanks for the professional customer service and care I received it was 10/10

I had my eyebrow lift surgery in elbe. Dr. Ozgur is a very professional surgeon in his section and his team was so experienced. It took less then an hour and so easy with no pain. They’ve also given me a special medical pack and some special cream for scar treatment. I’m happy with the result and my tired face and fallen eyebrows are totally gone. You can choose this clinic and Dr. Ozgur. I believe you’ll be happy with the all process and their behaviours all with professional and nice.

Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.
