On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. The experience is much less traumatic than anyone might imagine, it is something relatively easy and one that I will never regret. I advise everyone to contact Mcan and decide to use their services.

A few years ago, I suffered a burn injury on the side of my scalp, and the hair never grew back. I stopped styling my hair, avoided photos, and honestly lost a lot of confidence. I didn’t even know a hair transplant was possible after a burn until I came across Dr. Osman’s clinic. From the first consultation, he was honest and realistic about what could be done. The procedure was smooth, and the team treated me with so much empathy. It’s been 7 months, and I’m seeing real hair growth over the scar tissue. The density isn’t the same as the rest of my scalp (which Dr. Osman prepared me for), but it’s natural-looking and has completely changed how I see myself. If you’ve gone through a burn injury like me, don’t lose hope. Dr. Osman is not just skilled. He genuinely cares.

On Tuesday 16th January 2024, I had a full deep plane face, neck, upper eyelid and lower eyelid facelift, with fat transfer at Vanity Hospital in Istanbul. From start to finish, I could not have had a more positive experience and 8 days post-surgery the results are incredible. I still naturally have swelling, bruising and numbness but I can already see the difference and can honestly say it has knocked years off me and given me my confidence back. I am 62 years old and there is unfortunately. So much prejudice in the workforce, I just didn't feel comfortable in my skin, so opted for this procedure. I had my hair transplant at Dr Cinik on10/15/2025 with FUE extraction and DHI implantation for 4576 grafts. So far, it's been almost 1 month. The aftercare was excellent, and no issues with communication in English. I stayed an extra 2 days after surgery and had my hair washed both days. They sent me home with some foam and shampoo for washing my hair, but I also spent an extra 135 euros on extra supplements and foam and shampoo. I was contacted by Ceran from the post ops team to make sure I'm properly washing my hair and to provide photos on the 14th day to make sure the scabs are gone. I'm now on day 26th and so far everything meets my expectations.

Very happy with the personal service; I felt reassured whilst doing something I had no experience of. I think I would have liked to know who the Consultant was in advance and where the treatment was to be carried out, as I was surprised it was in a consulting room rather than a medical facility. I would definitely recommend all aspects of the service.

The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.
