I got my hair transplant done at TETIK HEALTH 3 months ago on the recommendation of my colleague. I flew from Hong Kong to Istanbul. Ms. Serap answered all my questions and was really informative. She welcomed me at the airport and I was taken to a five-star hotel in the center of Istanbul. The hotel was really clean and the employees were very kind. The next day, I was picked up from the hotel to the clinic for my hair transplant operation. It was important to me that the operating room was hygienic. Everything was as said. The doctor and team were very professional. Sapphire FUE 4500 graft was transplanted with the recommendation of the doctor. I stayed in Istanbul for a week because my flight was so long. We have just recently returned to the UK after having our dental treatment at the Fabris clinic in Antalya Turkey. The treatment we had done was for all 4-on-1 denture implants With Porcelain crowns. We were both apprehensive at the beginning as we have always had dental treatment in the UK. But our only regret is we had not come to this clinic earlier. Our care package included an Interpreter, a Nurse and all transfers too and from the Airport and the clinic. We chose one of the 5-star hotels recommended by the clinic which was outstanding. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours!
