I first contacted PG Clinics via WhatsApp while I was in Canada, and they responded quickly. After reviewing my pictures, they recommended 4,000 grafts with Sapphire FUE Hair Transplantation. I appreciated their transparency with pricing from the beginning. I was able to meet with them online, via phone, or through video calls, which was very convenient. They accommodated my schedule and were able to find a date for surgery quickly. When I arrived, they went over the entire process in detail and made sure I understood everything. The day after my surgery, the clinic provided all necessary post-op medication, and I could reach them easily with any questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend PG Clinics. Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant. Hi my name is Saj. I have had a 5000+ graft hair transplant within the last few days at GuGu clinic. I had major hair loss on the top of my head. I was really nervous to start with but as the doctor & staff started talking to me I felt at ease. They fully explained the process & assured me I would be looked after. The room was very hygienic & equipment was in sterile environment. The staff are super friendly too. After drawing many different hair lines we agreed on the hair line of my choice & then the transplant procedure took place with SC therapy. At the end of the procedure, I was amazed at the hairline & how much area they had covered on the top of my head & top part of the crown too. They advised me on the best positions to sleep to reduce swelling & advised me on the medication I would be taking over the week. After a few days I returned to the clinic for the 1st wash & the doctor performed it & told me exactly how to wash the hair over the next week. They gave really good advice on what after care products i should use too. I was treated really well & find it of really high value. I chose this clinic as it was recommended by a stranger who i had met in London who recently had a hair transplant at GuGu clinic. As soon as I contacted the clinic, they answered all my questions i had about hair transplants. The manager Mr Yagiz Aydin who was my point of contact is a really nice person & helpful person who facilitated my visit from airport to hotel transfers & hotel to clinic transfers, was always available 24/7 to answer any queries I had regarding the transplant, medication & general queries I had. Yagiz took care of everything, he even dropped me to the bazaar which is a half hours drive, he is a top manager and I felt relieved that he was looking after everything. My first impression of GuGu clinic was that I had felt really welcomed by the friendly & helpful staff. They showed me the room in which the transplant would take place & it was a really hygienic & sterile environment. Overall, I had a really great experience with GuGu clinic & am about to leave feeling comfortable & confident & cannot wait to see the results. I highly recommend GuGu clinic.
