On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. The experience is much less traumatic than anyone might imagine, it is something relatively easy and one that I will never regret. I advise everyone to contact Mcan and decide to use their services.

Very good experience with vanity, I had a rhinoplasty, I had a great stay. Everything is well explained and the employees are lovely. Very good communication with Irem, my coordinator, always present, listening and who was able to respond to all my requests. I highly recommend.

Overall I had the best experience at this clinic. Dr. Cinik to every staff at the clinic including the drivers were amazing. The 4 people who did the procedure on me sincerely cared about my well-being and catered to my comfort throughout the procedure. Even though I never discussed a number of graphs, Dr. Cinik drew out what I needed and gave me a very good hairline. Now I have to go through months of aftercare and hope to achieve what I went for. I gave one less star for the sales representative who was amazing at the beginning and then the service and communication dropped once I signed and gave the deposit. She admitted to that and her response was that now that I have signed, she needed to move on to other clients. That wouldn’t have mattered if I was connected with another staff to take care of my questions and concerns after the signing. Instead of being ignored. Up until the last minute I had no idea of timing of different things I needed to do before the procedure like blood work and ECG or the actual time of procedure. I received a message from the sales person just before midnight telling me I will be getting picked up at 7am the next day. Even that was after I messaged wondering about the timing. I had very few hours to sleep. The day before my pre op day, I had no idea who was picking me up and what time. I could not get hold of my sales person and no one answered my calls at the clinic. So I actually went on line and signed like a new client. Once I did that I got a response from another sales person who I passed the message through asking my sales person to call me. On a more positive side, I was pleasantly surprised to receive WhatsApp message from the post op team who contacted me at the right time to instruct me on every step I needed to do. Including emails as well. I would highly recommend CINIK clinic overall.

I chose this clinic for my family. One of my brothers had hair transplantation, and it has been 9 months, and the result is obviously outstanding. My other brother had otoplasty, and my mother had upperand lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Kocak and they are also extremely happy. Best choice ever had. If I need anything personally, I am sure that I will choose them.

I loved every part of this experience. The organisation was great, everything was thoroughly planned and well executed. The doctors and nurses were soo cheerful and kind, as well as them being very good at their jobs, I cannot recommend them enough. The doctor even gave me a gift, which I appreciate greatly. Asli organised this whole thing and communicated to me almost every day before and after the hairline transplant procedure, she's super hard-working and a great person. The driver was also nice and I thanked him too. Through consultation I was initially told they would transplant 2500 grafts, they went above that after seeing me face to face without extra charge, I really recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a hair transplant in Turkey.

Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
