On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. The experience is much less traumatic than anyone might imagine, it is something relatively easy and one that I will never regret. I advise everyone to contact Mcan and decide to use their services.

It is always quite daunting to receive cosmetic advice or surgery internationally. I'm from Australia and have experience with both medical and cosmetic hospitals, and overall, I've had positive experiences. However, the care I received at Vanity in Istanbul was far more considerate, informed, personalized, and timely. I underwent a rhinoplasty and felt reassured through all my concerns, with plenty of time to ask, re-ask, and ask again any questions I had for Dr. Kadriila. Dr. Kadriila truly took the time to explain the procedure in a way that made me feel comfortable. I was also encouraged and guided by my coordinator and English translator, Umut, to be detailed in my requests and questions. Umut was incredibly friendly, kind, considerate, and easy to communicate with, making me feel at home and at ease with the procedure and aftercare, normalizing my concerns throughout the experience (I went alone). Additionally, the recovery room was amazing, with plenty of space and comfort if you choose to bring a loved one. I was so impressed! It's been one week since I returned home, and the communication has still been consistent with both Umut and Dr. Kadriila.

The clinic was very clean and well-equipped. The staff including security and drivers are very professional, courteous and friendly. The welcome was great, the operation went well and at each stage, I was kept informed of anything and everything being done and why. Post-operation, the engagement is good, and the clinic's post-operation team get in touch regularly for checkups and next steps. I couldn't ask for a better service all through. Great Clinic, would highly recommend it.

On 1st August 2024, i had two skin removal procedures (Tummy tuck and thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with HappyYou. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and intinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient co-ordinator ro translate at appointments. The communication between myself to HappyYou and happyyou to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with HappyYou again.

I underwent a hair transplant because I had developed some balding on the top of my head, and my hair had also thinned in the front. The whole process went very smoothly, and although I was a bit nervous and scared at first, the procedure itself was surprisingly painless. The only real discomfort was during the anaesthesia, but otherwise, it was pain-free. The operation was done in a hospital, and everything went according to plan and professionally. It took the whole day, but the result has definitely been worth it. Now it’s been about five months since the procedure, and my hair has already grown back significantly. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. During the follow-up visit, I was also taught how to properly wash and care for my hair after the procedure, which was very helpful. The entire process was highly professional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. They have a lot of experience with hair transplants, and I felt I was in good hands from start to finish. Next, I’m planning to have some moles removed the next time I visit Antalya.

Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

The procedure was very smooth. The doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. The environment was very hygienic. It was a long surgery—almost 9 hours—but not painful at all. Today is the 11th day and my scabs have been removed. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my hair transplant. I highly recommend GuGu Clinic, and trust me, you will never regret it.

I had an excellent experience with the hair transplant in Turkey. The service was top-notch, and the results were outstanding. I stayed in the hotel in Bodrum, which is an hour drive away from the hospital. They offer a private driver service, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. The whole process took a couple of hours, but you’re required to stay overnight. I was back in the hotel in the early afternoon. For foreigners, I recommend reading about hair transplants and preparing questions in advance. The instructions aren’t always clear enough. Once I returned to the UK, I was able to contact the hospital and ask any further questions. Highly recommended.
