I had an excellent service while I was at Istanbul. The plastic surgeon who looked after me made me feel safe, like I never left home in the first place. Hosts always had a smile on their faces and the itinerary was executed excellently. I am going back in January for my teeth.

I was really nervous at first. I’m in a different country where we don’t speak the same language, but everyone was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. It was interesting getting passed around to different people throughout my time there. I was a little confused here and there, but not a huge deal. The procedure was long. That was probably the hardest part, but that’s how it goes. They made sure I was comfortable and doing ok. I’m glad I did it and I’m happy I went to Dr. Cinik.

I am 2 week post operation and I am absolutely in love with my nose already😍 it is truly life changing! Dr.Umut has been amazing! I was not sure which doctor to choose as I felt like every doctor was just agreeing that they can make the changes, but Dr.Umut named every part of my nose and point by point explained what changes can be made to suit my face. I traveled from Germany, I was very nervous and scared but after meeting Dr face to face and explaining everything in more detail I was 100% sure with my decision and super excited for the next day. The day of the surgery I was nervous again but before I knew it it was done! 1 week stay in Antalya and I was ready to go home happy :) My experience and results were better than expected! As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I've bought a package of treatments and have seen a noticeable improvement in my skin. Shaan and Sim, along with Keely, are exceptional at their work and they made me feel at ease throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend their services if you're seeking excellent treatments!

Jules removed a skin tag from inside my nostril and a mole from my neck. The skin tag removal was not pleasant as you can imagine, but the procedure was carried out with confidence and care. The mole removal was a non-event following the skin tag removal! I’m pleased to report my nostril has healed perfectly (you’d never know!) and the mole location has just a small pink scar which will probably settle given more time (it’s only been a couple of weeks). This was my first visit to Aesthetic Beauty by Jules, and I will not hesitate to return if I need help with anything in the future!

I see Dr Raquel regularly for polynucleotide treatment for my acne scars at her West Malling clinic. Dr Raquel is extremely professional and knowledgable and made me feel at ease at every appointment. I’m extremely happy with my results and the treatments have made a feel difference to my confidence as I’m able to feel good without makeup. I would recommend Dr Raquel to anyone! She’s a real expert at what she does as well as being a lovely person.

Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to have 6 largish moles removed. They have been the bugbear of my life. The staff there were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. Though the price was at the high end of what I was promised, they took 2 more off me and were very good at keeping me informed after the procedure. I had the stitches off last Friday and can certainly see some good results but clearly will take a bit longer.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
