After my very long and sensitive research, I finally decided where I can have my hair transplant done, this candidate was Dr.Cinik. In August 2023 I was on vacation in Turkey and I used this as an opportunity to see the clinic in person and on site. I talked to Mrs. Cömert, she explained everything to me very warmly. I made my decision and we set a surgery date for September 29th. Immediately afterwards I paid the deposit, booked my flights and waited until the day of the operation. September 27th, one day before my flight to Istanbul, Mrs. Cömert called me and informed me about the transportation from the airport and important things I had to pay attention to. September 28th I was in Istanbul. I was transported very comfortably from the airport to the clinic. On that day I had an ECG test and blood test at the clinic. The whole thing took about 1 hour, then I went to the Dedeman Istanbul hotel by shuttle from the clinic. Hotel reservation was already booked for me. September 29th I was picked up after breakfast at 09:00 am. In the clinic I talked to Dr. Cinik personally for about 10 minutes and he planned the operation. The photos were taken, then I went to the operation room. The operation started at about 10:00 am. Mrs. Eylem was the team leader in my operation. She and her team were very professional, friendly and helpful. The operation lasted until 16:30. About 4500 Greft was implanted and I had almost no pain. I was back at the hotel at 17:30. That night passed much better than I had expected. September 30th I was picked up from the hotel, after the first wash I was informed what I should pay special attention to in the 1st and 2nd months. After everything was finished there, I was taken back to the hotel without a bandage. In the afternoon I was transported very comfortably to the airport and in the evening I was back home in Frankfurt. Mr. Cemil from Post Operation Team had contacted me the next days and he accompanied me through the sensitive phase. Today I am in the 8th week and already very satisfied with the results. I would like to thank Dr. Cinik, Mrs. Cömert, Mrs. Eylem and your team and Mr. Cemil from Post Operation Team. I am looking forward to the next months...

Hello, I'm Katja and I had my operation a week ago. The whole team is very nice and always there when you need something. I was greeted warmly right at the airport. The doctor (Nuri Koşer) is also very friendly. There is no stress there at all. A nurse took time and patience with me at the beginning and walked with me and of course, helped with other things if necessary. Ayşe was also very caring and was always easy to reach when not in the hospital and also took a lot of time and patience with her patients. What was good for me was to run as much as possible, if possible of course. Now after a week, I'm feeling pretty good. You have to change your diet and make sure you don't wear too much, which can be difficult for some, but otherwise, everything is great and I'm of course looking forward to the next journey.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I was introduced to Raquel a couple of years ago.As a ‘newbie’ to procedures I had a lot of questions and fears - primarily not wanting to look plastic. I’m absolutely delighted with my ongoing results. She has this incredible skill (and such a gentle hand) at shedding years from my face but without it being at all obvious. The best way to describe it is walking in feeling a little jaded and the result being, looking like my face is in that first flush of love or having had the most relaxing wondeful holiday.
