I would highly recommend this clinic, for a few reasons. For me, it was essential that I didn't need a full head shave for the transplant and both the donor and transplant areas are possible to cover with other hair without a sign that I am after a hair transplant. Surgery was performed by professionals who have decades of experience in hair transplants. Flexibility on date, central location, and parking nearby was a bonus. Most importantly manager Asil's advice and guidance, before and after surgery, communication skills answering all questions exceeded any expectations. So my review is 10 out of ten.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Dra Virginia's clinic. Initially I had a free consultation with the lovely doctor but didn't expect much as my skin was deeply wrinkled, due to various illnesses and I was taking a lot of serious medication. After a study, she recommended a treatment, and I have been extremely pleased with the results. One further treatment and I can now look at myself in the mirror again and smile. The after care was excellent. The doctor superb. And the nurses absolutely brilliant. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this fabulous team.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.

I recommend for hair transplant in Romania. Probably the best hair loss clinic in this country!
