My experience with this clinic was unfortunately disappointing. I underwent two procedures. A hair transplant and a Hollywood Smile, both outcomes fell short of what I expected based on the consultation and promises made before treatment.
For the Hollywood Smile, I experienced several issues after the crowns were placed. My bite did not feel properly aligned, and a few crowns came loose within a short period. The overall appearance also looked less natural than I had requested.
Regarding the hair transplant, I was informed that approximately 2,500 grafts would be used. However, 11 months later, the visible growth and density seem significantly lower than anticipated. I followed all aftercare instructions provided but did not achieve the expected result.
I reached out to the clinic multiple times for assistance and clarification. Communication was difficult, and responses often took weeks or were repetitive. While they offered a correction visit, it would require me to cover my own travel expenses, which was disappointing given my concerns about the initial outcome.
This experience has been stressful, and I hope the clinic improves its post-treatment support, transparency in communication, and quality assurance to prevent similar situations for other patients.
