I got an eyebrow transplant here recently and am very pleased with the overall procedure. My journey couldn't have been possible without the help of my lovely patient coordinator Irem who answered all my questions patiently. From start to finish you are looked after. Highly recommend this clinic for any hair transplant procedures.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I landed, I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, where Ozlem and Mustafa welcomed me like family. They instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely safe and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time or the request. I had wanted this surgery for years, and the moment I met Ozlem, all my nerves disappeared — I just knew I had made the right decision. The care at the hospital was beyond anything I expected. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

I travelled down from Aberdeen for my hair transplant at Seneca after spending a lot of time researching different clinics and having consultations elsewhere, and I’m really glad I chose Seneca. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The procedure itself wasn’t painful, the team made me feel completely at ease, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve attached a before photo and a couple of pictures from my 9-month check-in (I actually ended up liking the shaved look afterwards, so I kept it for quite a while as you can see! 😄).
