Excellent service! You will not be disappointed! They went out of their way to work with my schedule and were able to secure an appointment on my desired date. I flew from San Diego, CA. The accommodations including the hotel, and airport pick were great and everything went smoothly! Upon first impressions, the clinic is beautiful, comfortable and friendly. Mr. Levent is incredibly knowledgeable but also down-to-earth. He completed a very thorough review of my history and provided education on hair loss along with several options. Unlike many hair loss clinics in California, their prices are extremely competitive and reasonable for the services provided. Overall I've been very pleased and would highly recommend this place!

I am over the moon, I did. Sonny put me at ease as soon as I met her. She was fantastic. We hit it off as soon as we met. When I did meet my surgeon again, he put me at ease. He explained everything in detail. He showed me exactly what to expect. An hour later, I was on the table getting the job done. The results speak for themselves. I am over the moon. Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

Short review: fantastic service and results, would recommend to anyone! Full Review: I was originally sceptical and nervous about going to a small business for such an expensive procedure. I seriously considered going abroad or London but decided to investigate the free consultation from Dr Khalil. After that, I never looked elsewhere. He explained the whole procedure in detail and explained the methodology with the price quoted (amount of hairs required to be moved, length of procedure, cost of technicians, etc). After I first booked in, a couple of weeks later I realised I needed to move the appointment. I called expecting some fee for rearranging the appointment, but he was very accommodating and moved the appointment with no charge for me. (I don’t know if this is always his procedure, but twice I had to change dates and both times this was the case!) I had planned not to leave a review until after a year (when the full results will visible) but I am so happy with the results, and all the nice compliments from friends, that I decided to do so now. It has been 4 and a half months since my operation, and I am over the moon with the results! See photos attached below of before and today. The aftercare has also been excellent, Dr Khalil called me the next day and during the week after to check on my health. I have then taken the optional monthly injections to help growth. Also, I an acquaintance who has been to Turkey for a very similar procedure and the price I paid at Tajmeel Clinic was cheaper by a couple thousand pounds. I could not be happier and could not recommend Tajmeel Clinic any more strongly.

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK.
