As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I found Dr Mantse back in 2015 after many weeks of researching clinics around Europe, I decided flying to Budapest for my transplant was the best choice. To say I was satisfied with my results would be an understatement!! Every barber I went to since couldn’t believe I had a transplant, they said they get many men in for hair cuts that have had transplants and it’s usually very obvious, but with mine you would never know. After a number of years, I felt I wanted professional advice on whether or not I needed a second procedure, so I went to a very reputable clinic in Ireland for advice. At this consultation there was 2 Dr’s from Greece at the clinic for the weekend doing procedures, they both came to review my hair and asked who done my previous transplant, they told me the work was exceptionally good, this I already knew but hearing it from the professionals confirmed it. Dr Mantse is genuinely in a league of his own, he is so invested in his work and wants the very best results possible, he is meticulous. From the first point of contact right through to treatment, you are made to feel very comfortable, informed and relaxed. When I returned after my last treatment, months had passed and Dr Mantse reached out to ask how I was, and to check in on the results. I am back in Budapest now just finished my second procedure and I am so happy with how it went. I have friends who have gone to many clinics around Europe and weren’t 100% happy with either their experience or their results. If your thinking of having a transplant and unsure of who or what is best, I would strongly recommend coming to Dr Mantse to achieve the best results. I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I could not recommend Dr Khalil and his clinic more highly. I had the feeling I could trust him and his clinic from the first call. In any procedure, this is of absolute importance. I had hair transplanting done yesterday and it took approx 6 hours from start to finish. You do not leave his hands he cares for you from the moment you get there. I'm not going to say it was painless, I have a very sensitive scalp but Dr Khalil did absolutely everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. He is kind, caring and a credit to his profession. His technicians are professional, friendly, helpful and equally caring when sorting the "onions" for replanting. The clinic is outstanding, the facilities outstanding. If you want a hair transplant this Doctor is the only doctor I would ever recommend and use. I am a normal hard-working patient, I worked 3 jobs to get this done so my review is honest and straightforward.
