Clinic center totally deserves 5 stars!! I had my hair transplantation in Turkey with Clinic Center and the whole process was great for me. The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. In addition, the aftercare service was also a point I was affected by. Even after I left Turkey to return my homeland, they wrote me to ask about how the healing process was going. I will surely recommend this place to my acquaintances.

Hello if you are reading this then you are in the position I was 6months ago. I had a recommendation from a friend of a friend to use Transes Hair Transplant I received the details on the Monday and was in Istanbul on Wednesday Transes picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel which was nice. My surgery was booked in for Thursday morning so was picked up from the hotel at 7:30 after having breakfast and taken to Transes office which was opposite the hotel for the pre-surgery consultation for approx 30mins and paid the money then I was driven to the Hospital. When I arrived I checked in and they put me in the consultation room where the surgeon drew my desired hairline which would have been on my natural hairline. Once we were all happy I went in for a blood test and a haircut where they shave your whole head ready for the surgery. The surgery then commenced with taking the grafts from the back of my head and placing them in a liquid to keep them for the implanting stage later. The whole surgery took approx 5hrs from start to finish. Then taken back to the hotel room with pain killers (I didn't use all of the pain killers provided as I didn't feel the need) and vitamins. 6months on I am over the moon with the results and I'm halfway through the growth stage so it will only get thicker and fuller. For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day when on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. There driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way, I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.

My dad and I went to Sule Clinic to get a hair transplant and we had an overall very positive and extremely professional experience. It was the first time for both of us so we were kind of nervous, but they were able to calm us down and assure us that everything would be going well. They offer help for every little question or doubt and whatever you need, they will take care of. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

The all female team at the clinic were very professional and made me very relaxed. The session was 11 hours. The pain was bearable, it was the aneasthesia injections that hurt but these are essential. It was pain similar to a long tattoo session. I have only had my transplant two days ago but am very hopeful for the final outcome. The team said they were very proud of the results. Asli was my contact at the clinic, as she speaks very good English. She explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. I had been quoted 1600 euros for 4000 grafts but on the day they took 4500+ for no extra money. I am very happy i chose this clinic. Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
