Before I knew it my tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. It really was a pleasant & painless experience. I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I have just had major dental work completed at Aurum Wellness Clinic. I have known Dr Leonidas Avgerinos for many years as my dentist. I have had issues with grinding my teeth so badly that they were cracking and each tooth had a crater. Dentine was becoming exposed and I had a terrible cross bite, which made tooth maintenance, very difficult and made me self-conscious despite my efforts to look after my teeth. Together, we came to the conclusion that something had to be done. Dr Leo explained that for a long lasting and best result - both for oral health and aesthetics- a full mouth reconstruction would be necessary which meant 27 crowns and one implant. He left me to think this over and did not rush me to make my decision. I had known deep down for many years that this needed to be done so made the decision to go for it. I booked one week to stay in Athens at the beginning of April where Dr. Leo and his team of specialists would start the treatment. Throughout the treatment the communication was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect. I came back this week (commencing 22 April) and had the permanent crowns fitted. All 27. A huge job but again with a full team,the treatment was finished in one session. My new teeth look fantastic, they look natural which is really what I wanted and it’s what Dr Leo advised me. My bite has been corrected and I feel so much better. Things are healing up nicely and I know that I made the right decision. If you want a dentist you can trust, one that really listens and cares, then Dr Leo is the one. I wish I had done this before. It’s not fun struggling with your teeth and now I feel confident and happy. I would strongly recommend to anyone with similar problems. You won’t regret it.

Went to Dr Hartshorne with a TMJ issue. I was very happy with the way he explained the issue to me and what we could do to resolve it.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

A visit to see the dentist is not always the nicest part of your day, but the dentist I saw today explained everything that she was about to do. She was gentle and very professional. The check up and hygienist appointment is good value.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.
