I don't think I met better dentist. First they were up to all safety standards regarding the corona situation. And the dentist was exceptionally pleasant personality, giving a lot of explaining what he was doing. All in all very pain free and informative.

What a wonderful experience. Dr. Hartshorne treated my situation with honesty, integrity and compassion. He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here. He was thorough, and although the situation was severe, he allowed my dignity to remain in tact. What a super experience. By the Dr. and the whole team.

I am from Peru but live in the US for the past 22 years. This is my second visit to Smiles Peru and I am nothing but greatful to the staff as they made me feel like family. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They evaluated my dental condition and set a plan to restore my teeth in such a tight schedule of mine. Everything went as planned I am so pleased with the final results as I have the best smile ever. Thanks Doctor Alehandra and the other doctors and nurses who' were extremely patient with me. Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.
